I will never learn Hebrew during my earthly lifetime. But, I do relish your teachings, my Jewish brother. As a Christian, I learn things from you that I cannot learn any place else!!
At 72, I 'm asking HIM to help me learn. The consonants not too bad, the vowels- oy vey! BUT my faith is in HIM so there's no giving up. Agree with me, we'll attend class & talk about it OVER THERE. 🫡

Learning Hebrew is not hard, you could probably learn it in a few months
I learned the language in 2 months during coronavirus lock down. It's every easy to pick up if you use Duolingo or Alef With Beth here on youtube. You'll be surprised
Todah for this teaching Moshe!! Profound truth how Korah who instigated the rebellion against Moshe was spared judgement and out of Korah's lineage came Samuel/Shmuel, the Melchizedek Priest who replaced the defiled Aaronic priesthood of Eli and his two rebellious sons.

Another thought, Samuel the righteous Priest indeed foreshadowed Yehoshua of Nazareth. As Yehoshua was our Melchizedek Priest who was of a higher order than the Priesthood of Aaron. Read Psalm 110 and Hebrews 2: 17 (The parallels of Samuel and Yehoshua are deep once you meditate, and study this subject.)

Thank you so much for explaining the Hebrew text to us as gentiles. Really helps with the context. Please can you explain why the word “rod” and “tribe” are interchangeable in the Hebrew texts (Numbers 17:7 and Psalms 23:4 etc)?
