It will be recorded in bank column but if cheque received and not deposited in the same date it will considered as cash so it will be recorded in cash column

Your explanation is good but you had make a mistake of writing account as a/c . An account must be write as A/c . Letter A is capital while writing word account in abbreviation form. I Hope mam you not do this mistake again.
