Thank you, Can you explain the rent adjustment. As rent received in advance should be on the credit side of p/l account and should be deducted from there as it's an income. Why are we deducting it from the rent which we paid?

Please clarify me more about the adjustment of bad debt reserves to be adjusted in p&l and balance sheet. My doubt is, the increase in bad debt reserves in adjustments need to be add along with the trial balance bad debt reserves in p&l i thought, but how did you minus that amount mam
