I think he just cant join to normal server, i mean like duke, l2, ferryman. These servers are auto. Im playing on tokyo, but it always sends me on some hesse
Instanced servers aren't supposed to matchmake you to regions you aren't from. Even if they do, rejoin. Though this wasn't high latency as much as it was his internet just giving in (or the server dropping him). Y'all need to stop playing on wifi to begin with, that's the cause of most massive lag spikes

@@havenoenemies Yes that is true for some like Ferryman or Duke, but with Layer 2 you can rejoin and still be in layer 2 you just have to restart
