Coffee is highly acidic, as is lemon. This will probably be a lot like that apple cider drink you used to do. Just don't drink it and go out the door....it only makes you lose weight because it speeds your metabolism and you take an epic dump. Oh and also, acid causes your liver to flush. I think it's a healthy idea though :)
Yeah be careful with all that acid so frequently. I recently overdid it on the acidic drinks for too long and ended up really irritating my stomach lining which landed me in the ER thinking I had appendicitis bc I was in so much pain. Not saying that‘ll happen to you but just listen to your body and know that strong acids are hard on your stomach
