What changed your mind? Are there scriptures that speak directly about this issue?
My husband has a new belief that he has had multiple lives. It ended up leading him into an emotional relationship with a woman who he said was his “twin flame” which apparently means something like that they were created together many lives ago and they have some kind of special connection.
I told him that that sounds like any affair. You found an excuse that you feel is legitimate and took the time building that relationship that you should have taken to build your relationship with your wife and 5 kids!!!
Anyway, I hope we are on a healing path, but I need him to see me as his wife. Not his 5th or 10th or 87th wife. But his one treasured wife. Someone nobody from some previous life or some future life can replace.
If there are scriptures that speak directly about the topic of multiple lives (& hopefully teach that that isn’t a true principle) I would love to hear them. If there are scriptures that speak on that topic and teach that it is a true principle, I’d like to read those as well. It would be hard to hear, but I want to be open to truth.

@@rozannmoake8146 please just relax and calm yourself down, he probably has gone through a lot of issues in his life, he probably goes to such beliefs and fantasies for personal reasons, try and not believe his experiences to be the truth unless he can proves so to you in some fashion, reincarnation is a belief and not proven to YOU, remember that, truth speaks in volumes much higher than the frequency of confusion, be there as much as you can be for your partner, unless you feel obligated to resign from that position due to overindulgence in sadness and being treated wrongly, keep your head up, most things aren't explained the world is a strange place go to what you know don't fantasize over worry. @@thehardertheyfall2702 local church can help. I'm also unable to pay for medical treatments and get alot of pain and spent years bedbound 20-23 hours a day. I'd rather be homeless than put up with that agony but reality is it's hard to trust anyone asking for help online as there are scammers who can be so convincing. I dont have any money to give I'm sorry I'm still needing help my self. Find local Christian's and some will help. Food banks and charity's can help. Government may help. A message for all - Repent and believe the Gospel be born again and do the will of God. Walk in the light and be Holy. Hope things work out I really do and try find Christian's online and in time can build trust and hopefully help you. Trust in the LORD

Probably because my parents are/were lukewarm christians, or maybe I would end up going that path too anyway... the thing is God opened my eyes thru people like Ray Comfort. Now I read the Bible daily, I repent of my sins daily and have my faith in Jesus. Of course, been christian is not always easy, but is so worth it. He has delivered me after two serious abdominal surgeries two weeks ago. At no point did I fear anything. And after the surgeries (renal transplant) everything went perfectly. Discharged from Intensive Care early. I needed minimal pain relief. Transferred to an ordinary unit early. Blood results were perfect directly after surgery. I was warned that I’d stay 5 weeks in hospital. I go home tomorrow after two weeks.
I asked and received. I have people praying who have never prayed in their life praying for me and hopefully seeing the results.
Our Father can take any situation and make it good.
And I sincerely pray for you, for your strength and delivery from your pain.

I live in chronic pain also. I have prayed and others have prayed for me and my pain and I'm still in pain. I haven't lost faith at all. I believe that god has a reason and a plan for everyone. I'm also a alcoholic in recovery. I couldn't of gotten sober without god's help

I gave a Catholic cashier, who is super nice also, at Lowe's "Rich Man's Jet" a Livingwaters story form tract. A month later I saw her again as she walked by in the store, she is now wearing a cross and I complimented her on it praising the Lord! Just getting people to think about Eternity Biblically is huge.

The thing about "New Agey" people is that they pick and choose what to believe that fits well for them out of everything that is trendy to learn or read or practice within that community. Sometimes they venture out into the occult and dabble in this and that. There's no practicing of repentance or being accountable for any sins in the here and now unless it goes to some kind of past life or karmic paying of a dept. There's also a kind of toxic positivity that goes on where everything is just love and light and there's no hell or demonic spirits. I used to be one of them ( Kinda ) but I soon found out otherwise..

@@Alan-Godden I'm curious - just what are you asking? The first 2 scriptures you mention, in the book of Acts, tell us Jesus is sitting at the right hand of the Father (post resurrection). John 3:16 tells us that God so loved us that He sent His only begotten Son to be sacrificed so we could have eternal LIFE and not eternal death (eternal separation from God) - but it's our choice to accept or reject Him. John 14:9 is Jesus letting Philip know that He and the Father are ONE and the same - if you can't grasp the concept of a triune God, which is ONE GOD in three distinct persons - Father, Son, Holy Spirit, then you are going to have difficulty... Jesus was thought to be a prophet by some but He is much more than that - He is the Author of ALL prophecy. Ask God to show you what you want to know - He will give you His wisdom and understanding. Keep reading your Bible. Check out 2 Timothy 3:16-17, it is our assurance that God is powerful enough to keep man from distorting Truth - believe me - if it's God's Truth we seek, we won't be disappointed.

He recited multiple Bible verses when making his point however he used today's example to put it into perspective for them which is what the Bible is intended to do. You clearly don't watch anything else of his because it's not like this is all he believes, he believes the entire Bible, as it's written. You can't get the entire Bible's teachings into a video that gets to the point like he does. The most important part of the Bible is the gospel and learning who Jesus is so you can develop a personal relationship with him and have eternal life. After he plants the seed we pray God Waters it and that these people open their Bible and read it for themselves

Another great example of the love of our heavenly Father. He truly wishes none will perish and that all come to the saving knowledge of Christ Jesus. Thank you Ray for your obedience not only to His call to share the Gospel with the lost, but also for putting it in videos that we all can learn how to show the love of God with a lost and dying world. I've seen many of your videos. I really liked this one because you changed it up. Same message but you went about it differently (explained belief and trust). Very refreshing that you explained things a little different.
I've been saved close to 25 years now and i am so thankful the LORD openedmy eyes. Watching this video especially with the young lady named Jennifer, (with her hodge podge of spirituality) reminded of so people I used to know who thought this way. You just pick up what sounds cool, deep and somewhat phillisophical. But it is self deceiving. I pray Jennifer will let go of that way of thinking and receive Jesus Christ as LORD and Saviour.

I can’t help but wonder how on earth people convince themself from their own imagination these crazy theories about life.. Thank the Lord Jesus Christ for dying on the cross to save us from our sins and defeating death so that we may have everlasting life in heaven with the almighty God and for giving us his word and preserving it. So let's say there is two people. Person A_, loves all people and does all that he possibly can as a human being to alleviate pain and suffering of other people. All his life is dedicated to that. One day someone came up to him and said "..you should confess all your sins to Jesus and ask for forgives". Person _A answered by saying that he is very busy helping and making other people and that he does not have time for that. Now there is also person B_. A personality combination of Hitler and Genghis Khan. That person kills other people with joy. Burns small children alive, rapes women. His motivation for living is to enjoy suffering of others. This is all he does all his life. Person B got to live to an old age. One day he got really sick and knew this is the end. Minute before dying he felt something and cried out to Jesus asking for forgiveness, minute later he is dead. Now according to the bible, the person _B is in heaven sitting on the right side of God and Jesus. And person B is thrown into hell (lake of fire) suffering for eternity. Hmmm... Is this honestly ok with you? Is this your God?

Growing up 40 yrs ago, reincarnation was one of those overseas things. It was something for 3rd world countries. Everyone had an idea of what it was, but it was so goofy and pagan, we just laughed it off and ignored it. Now, it's all around us.

Mr. Comfort, I am going to move back to the east coast to be with family and will still watch your utube videos. I will miss California having lived here since 1976 ... I moved to L.A. after my husband died in San Diego. I turned 30 that August and am now 75. WelI I am joining family members back in New Jersey and So. Carolina. I will miss L.A. though. I will miss the world as I knew it way back when, but so many changes have occurred since then. Well, nothing except Jesus is reliable. I hope you and your family will be well and safe. Most people cut it off before verse 18 cause it’s too offensive
I've heard Ray do this many times and yet today it still brings tears to my eyes to hear him talk to people about God and Jesus suffering and dying for our sins. Repenting and turning from sin perpetually is the key to God's forgiveness and receiving the gift of living forever. I read story from old testament, told me how wicked people were.. But how patient God was,, God patiently remind people trust and obey Him for their benefits,, it was hundreds years God did it before finally He judge people and left them coz of their harderned heart.
Today we can see the same phenomena... People did wicked things and deny God, they thought nothing bad happened so they become more wicked and unrealized that was coz God so love them and keep being patient and remind them to come back to God... What an amazing love of God given to us,, He sacrifice Himself and have unbelievable long patient for people.

I love your videos Ray. You can really see when the gospel is hitting their consciences because you’ll see their jaw start to move by their temples or they’ll start to fidget and rub their faces. It’s all fun and games until you hear what a wretch you actually are. I pray these two will heed the words of the Lord.

When I was evangelizing out on the street, the Lord prompted me to mention the scripture (in response to, “God doesn’t hear my prayers or doesn’t answer my prayers) His ear is not dull that He cannot hear and arm is not short that He cannot save, but your sins have separated you from Him that He might now hear.

@@rozannmoake8146 You should read the prophets in the Old Testament and Jesus' teachings (Luke & John are good Gospels to start) of what is to come. For those of us who follow Him, there's defintely not the same thing awaiting as this sinful life that is now. New earth? Yes. But without sin & evil.
Demons RETURN to the same household whenever their HUMAN dies or whenever DEMONS are cast out of a human host. Jesus said the demon will go look for more demons to join it. These demons will RETURN to that household to influence and/or possess another human host.
Why would you want to live multiple lives on this broken Earth anyway?
Beats me. We get eternal life on a renewed earth, free from the darkness and evil of this broken Earth. “Pleasures forevermore”, that’s what the offer is. And it’s up for grabs for all that take it. I hope you do 🤍
