i used to be a big perfectionist when it came to making journal spreads so i just hated all of them, but with time i learned to ease up on it and i found a journaling style that just really worked for me, so i’d say you should give it a go for 2023!!

Beautiful!! The Herma Vario adhesive Dispenser has refills! If you hold it and roll it like the smaller adhesive dispensers you were talking about it dispenses the squares in a line a few centimeters apart, then you don’t have to pull them off and get your hands all sticky. Hope that helps.

Your journal is so aesthetic and gorgeous, I absolutely love it!!! I mostly do book updates on notion because I'm very bad at maintaining a physical journal but I have started to make some spreads, like a book tbr one and a books read in a year. So maybe soon I'll have more elaborate spreads.

It's so beautiful and satisfying to watch, looking forward to more of these videos! I definitely don't have patience or creativity for a journal, but I've always been a list kind of person (writing down movies I watched), so since getting back into reading I got a notebook where I just write down a number of a book, name and author, pretty boring but makes me feel organized and I can always look through if I'm thinking of rereading something for example

Yeeeh, i am not the only one who reads many books at the same time!
I want to start reading more and when I learned about reading journals I have hope that keeping a journal to do mire woth what I read will energize me to keep reading. My goal to start is 8 books this year. I knowbthat is less than a month's amount for you but for the type of reader I am it is a huge amount. Thabk you for amazing me with your reading, journaling and fun you add to the books you read! Keep sharing 🙂

Such a pretty journal!! I did start a reading journal this year, not nearly as pretty as yours but a good start. My notebook has really thin pages so all of my nice pens bleed through which is annoying so might have to start more layering in 2023
thank you🥺🖤 i also started with a journal with super thin pages so i know the struggle😩 i used a lot of different papers for layering so that the pages were a bit thicker and the bleed through was covered!

I love watching everyone’s journals. I got really determined at the end of September to do one, but then October came and I couldn’t keep up and got annoyed it wasn’t as aesthetic as everyone else’s 😂 I’m working on a digital version for 2023 with all of the reading challenges I’m doing which makes it easier for my perfectionist brain to deal with 😅

For the journal sizes from Notebook Therapy, I think your first journal is A5 and your current journal is their "original" size. Just mentioning because I had a weird vision of you ordering a B5 size thinking that was the first one, and ending up with another different size journal 😅

I would like to know which size the little Books are? How can i geht them? Print by myself?
i just print them myself by putting them all in a google doc and resizing them, i’m not 100% sure what size they are, but if you’re also using a standard dotted journal they are 6 squares by 8 squares! if you don’t use a standard journal let me know and i can measure them later :)

What dimensions do you use to print out the little book covers? I just ordered the same sized journal from notebook therapy, but it hasn’t come in yet and I wanted to have some stuff already printed out for it so I could jump right in to journaling when it comes because I’m too excited lol
