Hostel tour would be somehow difficult for me bcs non- hostellers aren't allowed nd otherwise I once visited the hostel, hostel Life is fun nd about the form, once you reach the college you will get all the info and you have to submit the form offline
I think both stand at the same level, one is in North campus and the other in the south, but most people prefer ramjas bcs of the North campus but personally I'm loving the life of South campus
Nearest pgs are in Satya Niketan, Satya Niketan is a bit messy place but as u are first year it's better to stay there, later you can shift to any other places like narayana as you will get to know about the travelling and all in delhi and prefer not going with stanza as it's too expensive as compared to the services it provide
