I enjoy your reviews because your clubhead speed is closer to my club head speed. Too many of the reviews are done with swing 110 miles an hour or better. Look forward to your other reviews.

I think the LTDX had a good balance of distance, forgiveness, and feeling.
When I used the AeroJet, the total distance increased a bit, but the feeling and forgiveness were not as good.
I hope DarkSpeed has a better balance of distance, forgiveness and feeling.
That view behind you with the sun trying to peek through is stunning. Dark Speed and the Smoke, I look forward to trying.
I just like the adjustability of the LS heads
Put the X directly in your bag Hannah, you were crushing that! That was pretty impressive for an off the rack driver test. Definitely time to start thinking about replacing my F8.
Hannah, which way round did you have the weights in the X? I would imagine you are better with the heavier weight at the front.
I had the heavier weight at the back!
Excellent review Hanna. Love the work you do on behalf of us average punters. That is so close to my average speed. I was fascinated that the max was such a tight grouping with similar distance two other drivers. Thank you.

One thing I love the most about following you, Hannah, is that you and I hit our ball about the same distances throughout most of the bag! I'll bet you actually have more yards in the driver's tank, though: you should have a session with Martin Borgmeier, Kyle Berkshire or one of the long-drive guys for one of your episodes!
I do probably have more yards in the tank but I’m just trying to hit it straight 😂

Well done Hannah...it did look a bit chilly out there. Yet again another interesting option and I agree a proper fitting is needed more than ever this year with the new range of clubs from all manufacturers.

Good review Hannah. I struggle with the dipping ball flight off my driver frequently. I always wondered if it was due to low swing speed, low spin or too low ball flight to blame. My driver was fitted for me two years ago, but my swing is no where near as consistent as yours. You've convinced me to go for another fitting, but I fear I'll be spending $ on a new driver and then still having the same issue.
Ping have a really good chart here you can have a look at. It shows optimal spin and launch relative to ball speed and attack angle! Worth looking at so you can see what might help you!!

Two years is a fine time to get refit. If you find a good fitter, you can tell them about your struggle to keep spin with the driver and they can get you something on the higher side of safe for those off days.

Thanks for the review on this Hannah. I had never looked at these newer Cobras, I was assuming they were catering to the higher speed swing.
Interesting! The LS model is definitely good for high swing speeds but not only for that and the whole range does a great job of catering for everyone!

Thanks Hannah...excellent review. I'm in the market for a new driver this year (still playing the PING G400 Max (9 degree). My swing speed is similar to yours (92-93 mph) but I don't hit it as straight as you. I want to try the new PING G430 Max 10K as well as the TaylorMade Qi10 Max. Will definitely add the Cobra Darkspeed X to my list :)

All those models sound like good options to try! at the end of the day each model will suit different players best so always worth hitting them all and seeing how you get on! - let me know what you go for!
Well done, H! Very interesting comparison on club head speeds. Did you notice any issues with dispersion compared to the Aerojet? Fast and lower launch might not be the best cup of tea for an average golfer.

Thanks for the quick reply, H. I’ve been a Cobra fan for years. I’m a 6 handicap playing to more of a 3. I’ve hit all the new drivers from last year but keep coming back to the Cobras. Easy to hit and when I do my part it throws bombs.

A bit weird, your swing speed in q10 video is around 94-96. Slowing down to 91 just because of the head is very uncommon. Your last year's video on Aerojet also showed swing speed around 94-96.
Yes, but I only had 2 layers on in the Qi10 vid vs 4 here! It will also vary a bit from day to day, depending on how you feel. It is quite common for my club head speed to vary a few miles per hour across a range as the head shapes vary, 4mph is quite a lot though.

Hannah, my girlfriend uses the aerojet and lowspin Dunlop balls and is one of the longest hitters on the LPGA and leads the most greens hit in regulation on the LPGA . Cobra makes awesome equipment, and she out drives most men easily. Actually she's testing the dark speed as i type this.

In the market for a new driver had radspeed in past got poor fitting I think cobra drivers look a bit plastic and cheap might give this a look
