Because no content creator actually shows a top swf group who does well vs them I understand this video must be such a shock but let me give you the run down. The survivors knew how to perfectly abuse every loop giving me little to zero gameplay of my own. The only time I got to use my own skill in downing was when they was at a dead zone or when they LET me use my ability but always had dead hard to rectify their wrong. I know it's hard to digest a content creator actually showing high level mmr vs thier killer but here you are. This is what highest mmr will look like vs a killer with no loop game. I like to inform, thoughs who can see past basic buzz words wont get it and I guess that's fine. But my community understand I tell how it is, I have 5k hours in this game and understand it's on survivors to make mistakes for the killer to capitalize on and when it isnt (spirit) they say op. Prove me wrong. This isnt bitching or complaining or any other echoed buzz word its giving you a dose of reality at the highest level of play. Cheers!
oh god even when killer doesn't make a mistake: 3 gens fly in less than 2 min devs response to killers wanting better gen defense: get gud, we "expect survivors to get two gens early on"
Medium Dick Energy tbh u think they should add online tournaments when Survivors are only 2 perks and no items and killers can’t bring addons higher than yellow and only allowed to play 50/50 maps
Honestly this sort of gameplay is super challenging but actually really fun in my opinion once you’re playing a killer you’re used to. It would be horrible if this were every game though, luckily most SWF groups aren’t this sweaty.
True: *Has valid criticism of the game* Viewer: "Lmao you're just salty" Sorry my brain is too small to process coherent thoughts and unique opinions, so I'm gonna default to my low brain power and over simplify everything I just heard and call it salt. I'm a DBD apologist and this game is perfect and you just need to git gud.
Cheers lol and yeah how about this one. Person says "lol u mad" when you clearly aren't, person gets shut down, idiot defends person saying "lol u mad" is valid criticism and you cant take criticism... Dbd is a strange place sometimes lol
Hey true do you have any videos where you talk about the issues of the game? Perhaps it’s on your streams but I’ve never seen a UA-cam video where you talk about issues
@@TrU3Ta1ent but mate I watched this video too, and while your info and thought process is good, you are still getting salty af. You can be salty AND have valid criticism at the same time, so someone calling out the salt isn't necessarily wrong or "small brain", your comment like that just confirms the salt. Just listen back to those minutes before you respond to that comment.
This game is a textbook example of the game's state right now. Its clear as day how many obstacles the killer has to go through to get the down and get 12 hooks before the all the gens are done at 80 seconds each. It should not take a mori to even the stakes when the survivors didn't even bring a key. And if the survivors were even more cocky, they would've looped him long enough with 2 people to open exit gates whether or not the gens were done. You have to face up to 4 2nd chance perks against a hit/down, protection hits, overtuned loops for the survivors, all working as a team on strict comms against a killer who can barely ambush anyone (weak antiloop) and has to hold W to brute force nearly all the pallets unless the survivor runs in the wrong direction with 3rd person view. The more this gets exposed, the healthier the debate in favour of both sides. I enjoy watching you sweat against all odds so keep showing them those miracles tru3. :)
ChaosKnight HD exactly, one person can do all five gens and it would roughly 7 minutes, ONE PERSON. If one person is looping at all times while the other three are doing gens, 2-3 minutes to do all 5 gens, +20 secs to open each exit gate to escape, a perfect survivor game could take 3-4 minutes which is ridiculous
Dude he won the game the second he mori'd the first person , after that he just tried to farm he would not commit to chases that long if one of them was doing gens and on top of that he had multiple attempts to end the game but he just wanted to farm. Mori easily won him the game
This is 1/100 games tho. Maybe not for him cause of stream sniping, but for us common players, it is. Do you think balancing the game around 1 match/100 is a good idea?
It was definitely a really challenging game, looked like good fun! I reckon he might of got a win without the mori if it weren’t for the cards though, since they wasted his time quite a bit.
suffocation pit is one of the roughest maps for a basic m1 killer, sadly he needed the mori, maps are the bane of killer's existences yet behavior takes the time out of their busy schedule to nerf billy for some reason
@@Mindereak do you think pipping translates into a win? I am rank 1 survivor and absolute trash at loops, but because I save my teammates a lot with BT and pip, Its a win for me?
Wish he didnt have the ebony mori so we could actually see a challenging game. It was over after he mori’d the first. Majority of this gameplay was 1v2. So i wouldnt say we saw much evidence of high mmr here. They quit doing gens after the mori’s.
iAymxn yea that couldve been the case. But i think what wouldve been epic is if he beat them without the mori. Which we cant say for certain he couldnt have pulled off. Hes one of the best killers out there.
iAymxn and even if he did lose. It still proves the title of this video true. And its what we would expect. Just saying the mori took out the possibility for some challenging, entertaining, and informing gameplay.
Honestly if this is gonna be every high rank game as killer once MMR comes in, im quitting that side of the game 😂 dont need that much stress in my life EDIT: any time someone says killer is OP/killers are favoured im gonna laugh and show them this video
Don't bother showing them this vid my friend.. I've commented basically the same as you and I've still had fools replying with absolute nonsense even after they've watched this vid.. complete idiots I'm afraid.. they just like to argue moot points to make themselves look smart.
Killers are OP tho especially the updates they do. And the end game mess I miss when dead by daylight was awesome. Don’t get me wrong it still is but i disagree with only of updates then again I’m a survivor main rank 1. Don’t play killer much so many I need to start playing killer more to see both sides.
Tru3: *Whiffs swing at start* there's nothing I could have done. Continues to do suboptimal things like swing through pallets, run TL walls clockwise, and use the crouch at pallets that connect to another tile for them to move to when just holding W would make it a 10 second loop and force the pallet down.
Yeah he obviously did mistakes that game, him claiming that there isn't anything else to do is bs, but the 'whiff' at the start wasn't an actual whiff, rewatch it there was a pallet right next to the surv, if he wouldn't have swung he wouldn't have get a hit either he was hoping that the survivor would go for the pallet and let's be honest, most survivors would've gone for the pallet.
@@johnschwabbeltitte2764 he played it well, waiting for the dead hard he expected, and after the dead hard they couldn't have gotten to the pallet or window in time to not get hit, but tru3 swings for no reason then says "god loopers" even though her play only worked because of his mistake.
@@TDSDarthWage What? It's nothing against Tru3, he's a great guy and they were above average loopers and had pretty good map RNG (on one of the few maps small enough for killer to adequately pressure). It's just dishonest to say everyone played perfectly, and it's purely him projecting to say the survivors were cocky or whatever. They were just running the tiles well but weren't tbagging, didn't say anything in the end game chat or do anything toxic. Heck maybe the game balance is so that he could have played that perfectly and still lost, I do think there is some percentage of the time that there's basically nothing you can do as killer to win but this video isn't indicative of that.
Yep. It was a simple trick that Survivors do similar to a fake window vault, which shouldn't be something that works against good Killers, especially against a good team
When you give a proper in-depth analysis, with live gameplay backing up what you're saying. Don't worry it's actually just salt, he's angry. You, the viewer who hasn't spent hours regularly playing, high-level play, experiencing exactly what he's talking about. Yes you, you know more about the subject matter than he does.... Cheers Tru3, love this indepth analysis/gameplay, wish people didn't just default to simple terms of "salty" and "angry" Keep up the great content
And even if tru3 would be salty, it wouldn't disprove anything he said. So anyone who's just throwing these buzzwords as an counter argument are just exposing themselves.
Dead on with your observations Tru3.. I play both sides 50/50 and I can honestly say playing survivor is far less stressful than playing killer, especially when I'm playing in a SWF, solo queue is what it is lol. I have had far more negative games as killer to the point where I don't want to play as killer, and I'm in the red ranks as killer whereby I face the top 1% of survivor and it's miserable. I'm nearly a red rank survivor and it's chill at the top.. the SWF's I play with have all agreed that there is no clicky or t-bagging killer or you're out of the team simple as.. because we all also play killer we know how un-fun it can be to be treated like garbage by certain survivors even with all of the second chances they have to hand. I urge all survivor mains to play both sides equally then they may have a change in attitude. Keep up the great content
lol, morals in a crappy trol game. I tea-bag at the exit gates as survivor and tunnel, camp and nod as killer, like who cares. It's fun when the opponents actually care (almost always), lmao.
A lot of loops are survivor favoured vs mouse 1 killers sadly. Spirit is in control when she chases a lot of killers arnt. Pig is one of them, not all though doc is for example as well, nurse...etc
Nurse, Spirit, Doc (to an extent) and Huntress (to an extent) are the only killers that top 0.01% MMR survivors will come against, because they're the only killers that can actually deal with *any* loops in the game without having to m1 w the entire time. Take a guess which killers in the game are the most complained about.
No, Other killers have tools to deal with looping such Freddy,Pyramid head and Deathslinger to win loops, This is why survivor complain about these killers having no counter-play when survivor has less counter-play on 90% of the loops. The issue is that if you face high MMR team and you don't have ebony mori, they can just rush generators faster than you can down them. Lucky that Tru3 had Ebony mori with Pig.
@@NinurtahRS they can deal with loops because there is latency issues in the game, for example huntress broken hitboxes etc.. with the new servers i wonder if the hitbox will be corrected, cause if it will then yea gl huntresses.
Suffocation pit is one of the maps I hate the most. It almost requires a 3 gen from the killer to have a chance and the center of the map is an abomination. It's TLs into TLs into Jungle Gyms into TLs. There are some set ups that can happen in this map that literally have 0 mindame, like no matter what the killer does the survivor almost always has a chance to get to another window. It can become too easy to do for the amount of reward it gives and the game is not balanced for survivors that know how to do this.
@@leesnow2701 I feel Azarov's is worse with 3 genning, you pretty much just have to. But the tile set ups in the middle of Suffocation pit, I think are way worse than Azarov's.
@@nekotorvic3026 That's true, but at least the distance between the front and the back of the map is much shorter on Suffo pit. On Azarov's it's a huge hall with nothing but jungle gyms that you have to go through just to get form one gen to another. Sometimes there's a gen there but if you lose it you pretty much lose the game. There's also at least the same number of safe pallets as suffo pit
lee Snow I play a fuck ton of survivor and Azarovs is by far one of the absolute worst survivor maps in the entire game don’t know what your on the middle is usually dog shit the killer gets not just 3 but sometimes 4 gens on one side and if one person gets hooked on one side while the team is on another there is absolutely no way past him to get him you can just keep cutting the other survivor off
He isn't wrong tho, doing that launch was the right thing to do on his end as there was a 50% chance on her running for the loop and her reading that launch (Which she did thus making everything right on her end)
There is a pallet on the left, if he hadn't done that she could have just gone and put the pallet down. It was a 50/50 but he didn't know that she was good enough to do that at this point in the video. After that play came the realization that she is good. 99% of players would have went for the pallet there, you can't always think about the 1%.
@@elstrangeenemy887 Nah buddy, at that distance and angle, going for a pallet stun would 100% result in a hit through it (If Tru3 didn't miss the angle and hit the pallet by accident). Knowing this, Nancy's only real option was to bait the swing and hope the killer did a panic lunge, which happened as you can see. Getting baited into missing a swing in a situation where you have the advantage counts as a mistake in my book, not a 50/50.
@@cm901gabriel No, again, if he had not launched when he did and she commited she would make the pallet, sadly the girl knew this and reacted in time to which Tru3 didn't, it was not a mistake, he got read and tha's it. A mistake would be launching to early and the girl still making the loop w/o the need to throw the pallet
I’ve had to take a break from playing killer because every match was starting to look like this. Where the match entirely depends on survivor mistakes, yet they almost never make any. This type of looping is infuriating to play against and really makes killer feel helpless D:
It’s ironic that earlier I saw Scott Jund’s latest video on most killers saying “you can only rely on survivor’s mistakes.” Which is basically the killer kinda insulting themselves and their own skill. He acknowledges that survivors’ mistakes is mostly what will give a killer success in a chase whether it be more broken pallets or a hook state, but it also takes the killer having their own vast knowledge and abilities. Not trying to counter your video with someone else’s video, just thought it was funny I see two sides of a spectrum uploaded on the same day.
Lol 16:50 your viewer is right, you do sound salty, particularly if you instantly accuse them of "low brainpower" then.. I agree with your comments on the differences between Spirit and someone like the Pig. But don't sound so salty. You don't even want to give these guys credit. They ran you the entire game, you're allowed to say they play well, but instead you say "they are just doing what they're supposed to do". You say they didn't have any effective mindgames, but I saw them execute many many mindgames, mainly leaving whenever you tried to mindgame by crouching - that is a won mindgame on their part. You say "they're still losing" but that's only because you used two one-hook mori's, so don't blow your own trumpet so much man. Salty is not a buzzword if it's true, just listen to yourself getting more and more annoyed at the survivors between minutes 10 and 16 or so. Bit of self reflection would go a long way.
@@joshuawadsworth6417 He never compared anything to the DBD community though? Did you even read his comment? Has nothing to do with the community or whatever your definition of "salty" might be.
@@joshuawadsworth6417 dude where do I say anything about racial slurs? Just because it's not as salty as the toxic players in the community doesn't mean it doesn't sound salty..
I understand what you’re trying to say but at the end of the day you do genuinely seem like you’re making top tier players who put time and energy into it like the bad guys, Ik you probably don’t mean it that way but it sure as hell comes across as it, and not to mention you also insult people who have different opinions of you, which doesn’t help your case very much but what you’re saying at the end of the day is right. Just your way of going about it is so wrong, but who doesn’t? It’s dead by daylight lol
I love the MMR idea because of how often all killers no matter the rank get these kinds of games. That said those in the top 1% of killers might never have a fun game again.
I agree. Same with top tier SWF's though. That's why they should have 2 separate queues: 1 for rabked mode (limited addons, perks, offerings) and 1 casual qeue (any addons, perk, or offering available)
6:50 she didn't, she played that perfectly. Preserved the pallet and went to the shack window because of your mindgame. You only got her because of bloodlust :)
the issue I have with bloodlust, and have always had, is that I always get like 2 seconds of frame lag when it activates and it ends up helping the survivors get away from me. It's super annoying and I am unsure if anyone else experiences this, but I've caught it on stream multiple times
@@ChaosDY Happens to me too. Idk if it's because my computer specs or internet connection aren't good enough or smth, but I literally need to get a hit before bloodlust goes off other wise my screen freezes for like 1-2 seconds and they get away.
@@looka698 i have half a gig speeds and run through an ethernet so i know its not my internet. And as for specs, Id like to think that my pc can easily handle it, considering it plays games ARK, R6, MW, etc on max settings smoothly. I just think its something that happens because the game is running x frames a second, then suddenly tries to jump to y frames a second and adjust back to x as quickly as possible. Idk. Its annoying though
Saying "These guys would hate to go against Spirit" doesn't make sense. You can beat literally everyone with spirit. Because from the survivor side, countering spirit is 100% luck based.
@@PlayaPat When the Spirit uses her ability, she makes 0 audio queues of where she is going or if she is using it at all (so she can bait you). Trying to figure out where she is going, or if she is baiting, is not a mind game. It's luck.
Let's say that Tru3 is right and that these survivors played so well and because "killers like pig" need to rely on survivor mistakes, that without the Mori he would have lost. What is the problem with this? If survivors play perfectly with no mistakes then why shouldn't they win? I get that survivor definitely is the stronger role when you face these types of players, but surely they deserve to win if they rarely make mistakes. Idk, just wanted to say this because I think that's part of the gameplay, being rewarded for not making mistakes. How would you fix this kind of imbalance anyway?
Then why is this a multiplayer game? You could play with a bot killer and get the same outcome. But here you're straining yourself to play at 100% just to have a CHANCE for people to fuck up.
0:45 you could’ve waited longer for a swing, but you say you did everything right? What survivor goes for the loop again when theres a window right in front of them. Idk if that makes you strong. They just capitalized on your miss.
I'm really curious to see what will happen when MMR comes in. Theoretically the top survivor MMR will be 4SWF like these who only ever loose to a top tier killer (or a killer with a Mori). Since killers will all have individual MMR that means the pretty much the only killers capable of getting to their level would be Spirit and Nurse. Going off what we've seen in the past those survivors will complain that they never see any different killers, but unlike in the past Behavior can't solve the problem by nerfing the thing being used all the time (since that would just mean no killers are able to get to a high enough MMR to face the 4SWF). So maybe this will finally force them to nerf SWF or buff some other killers to be as strong as Spirit and Nurse (although I doubt it). Most likely they'll nerf Spirit and Nurse, wait until the top tier MMR people complain about insanely long queue times due to having no killers to face, and widen the matchmaking parameters so they can face lower MMR killers, bringing us almost full circle to where we are now.
Many rank 1-4 games are like this. The game begins, 2 survivors repair one gen, the other 2 another gen, you as a killer find 2 survivors repairing or 1, you chase 1 survivor, the 2 survivors finish a gen, the survivor who has hidden, finishes the other gen. You hang 1 on the hook. The hidden survivor is going to rescue and the other 2 go together to finish another gen and start again. When he rescues the one from the hook he will heal it and they will go together to repair, and you have 4 gen or the 5 finished... and that without toolbox or perks that help. Devs say they are aware of this problem and that they are working on it, but we have been with this problem for a long time.
This is why I like and respect True, because he tells it like it is. He knows the game better than anyone gives him credit for and is always on the mark when it comes to topics like this. I agree with him 110%, as I feel I get the same luck with suvivors that he does. It's the whole reason I've taken a break and just stopped. This game in it's current state is a survivor's game to lose. You can complain about NOED or anything else (which is just your inability to cleanse totems) but a killer can only compete if you make mistakes. I run into groups like this at least 35-40% of the time, if not more. DBD is a fun game but it does need some balance changes because between broken Iron Will, Survivors getting more get out of jail free cards then ever, it's just so tilted against the killer. The Proof is in the pudding. I got to Rank 4 on my first week of playing survivor (to do Tome III challenges) as a killer main it took me a few months to hit high rank. Hopefully the devs rebalance the game so it's fun for both sides and we can focus on having good evenly matched games.
''The game should be balanced focusing on the top 1%'' Well, statistically speaking then, whenever a game is hosted, there's a 1% chance that the changes applied make the game balanced for both parties. In this situation you're asking the devs to ignore the remaining 99% of games which would feel unbalanced/unfair towards one party. Either way I don't think this game proves anything. If anything it proves that you can't play pig in high mmr. He played what basically is an m1 killer and got a 4k. So essentially, it doesn't matter if you ever become a god looper or even if your entire team are god loopers, because the killer can just bring an offering and execute you on the place, even if its a trash killer like pig. Yeah the game is not perfectly balanced to make it fair for EVERY killer to have the same chance against a strong team, but you only have yourself to blame if you're handicapping yourself and saying ''this is not fair''. A top killer would've ended this game much quicker and without the need of a mori.
I get this level of games when I go killer ALL THE TIME in my region. But I’ve noticed that since the new MMR all I get is baby survivors and that’s not fun for me nor those new survivors who only get a bad time and don’t get a chance
Mmmm the Nancy was the only really good one tbh. But suffocation pit is kind of stupid. Would have liked to see her on a more balanced map that doesn’t have a million windows back to back to back. That said, if the Claudette does gens instead of following you around with a flashlight they probably get at least 3 out even with the mori
I haven’t played in a long time, but from what I remember she had a trap on. She would’ve died trying to leave the gate anyways right? Or did they change something?
that is why as a high-rank legion I use the 3 gen strategy a lot and use a very meta build that capitalizes on this strat, survivors are always injured and they need to play on my playground (dead zones) with my rules to win not the other way around, and I think every killer that isn't a meta killer should use tactics likes this if they want to win against good SWF players constantly. not to forget other tactics like soft tunneling the weak link, use mab offerings with builds that take advantage of this, etc.
Playing against these kinds of survivors is one of the biggest reasons that I get burnt out of the game. As a content creator myself the only reason I don’t usually upload gameplay of matches like this is because it’s neither fun for me and I’d imagine not fun to watch. I can appreciate this video because if you try to point out these kinds of matches almost half the community will flame you for it
Hi tru3, thank you for the game, it was very satisfying to see you get the 4k after such a difficult game. I really thought at least 1 was going to escape. Something I did not get is why you waited so long before hanging 1 of the last 2 and then patroling the exits after closing the trapdoor as you did at the end.
High level play is damn near impossible unless your playing a killer with loop counters. M1 killers will pretty much need an Ebony Mori to break 3 kills.
Hilltycoon I need to start playing pig cause I don’t know what you even mean by activating a trap. Shouldn’t it normally be activated after the trapped person gets unhooked?
I am rank 9 Killer and survivors like this is what I get literally every game, but when I play as Survivor (rank 3) i get matched with random that get downed in 10 second And instantly DC, Hope the new mm Will make some difference
I like Tru3, he's great at the game, but at times the only thing I don't like about him he seems a bit arrogant or cocky. Like obviously he has the skills to back it up but some games when survivors are just good he kinda just downplays their skill and to be this is one of those times. But yeah he did own them, once he was able to get rid of all the pallets and thank god he had that mori xD
I'm stating that the killer doesnt get power over the loops and only relies on the survivors mistakes. Ince they were out positioned they were much easier to down as I was in control.
@@TrU3Ta1ent I understand that completely, trust me I get it and I am on your side with it. But at times it just seems at times you down play a player's ability. You owned them once they didn't have their second chance and when they out positioned themselves. No doubt about it to me, they were good but, as usual, you were just better. It's just to me in your delivery you do sound cocky and arrogant at times. But like I said at least you have the skill/knowledge to back it up with.
ImMadRachett he was better? no lol he had a mori. without it the game wouldve been over in about 7 minutes considering they had 3 gens done at 5. and then he goes and downplays their skill by saying things like “this is what they’re supposed to do” and “anyone can get like this”. these survs were def top mmr and probably better than 99.9% of the red ranks in this game but true goes and sells them short because his ego is gonna get damaged if he doesnt
@@maxt3832 Using a mori doesn't instantly make you bad? Its a shortcut sure but yes he outplayed them when it counted. How many survivors are "good" and because they got a key. Like I said sometimes True has a ego thing but he does have a skill to back it up.
ImMadRachett keys and moris both are stupid and should be removed. also i never said he was bad i said he had a mori. true is a good killer but these survs were way better at survivor than true was at killer.
You can see how the viewers stopped playing cards as the game looked more and more difficult. It was like everyone recognised this was such a top tier game and didn't wanted to mess it up with small challenges. Just wanted to see how it ends
I noticed that too, halfway through the video, guessing everyone was glued to the screen watching true try to kill the survivors, and not wanting to mess him up lol
nice game.. I did a perfect game today as Spirit, got 2 grabs so that's 2 free hooks really quickly, many free hits, really short chases, survivors basically just kept trading on hooks, and even though they somehow managed to do all gens.. I intentionally tried not to camp or tunnel, didn't bring mori or any exposed perk. Only got 1 kill with the rest of the survivors getting hooked twice. Sometimes you need to tunnel someone off or use a mori.
My Lord that setup was disgusting and seeing them never make mistakes even with your double mind games just blew my mind, and somehow surviving hits from medium vaults it all seemed frustrating
I'm rank 1 killer and really felt this video. Had a game where I found a survivor early and they looped me in an infinite for 5 gens. Sure I should have gone for someone else, but I was kinda irritated and wanted this one survivor down. I'm not a bad player by any means but I simply had no counterplay for the loops other than go for someone else, and thats ridiculous. I kept going on it because I figured they'd eventually mess up, but they didn't, and I ended the game looking like a noob and not getting anyone. But hey I'm told I'm bad at the end of every game whether I get a 4k or 0k so doesn't seem to matter much anymore.
And to salt the wound, black pip as a result of that match. Admittedly you moried two survivors so that cost you some potential points, but you probably earned back what you lost during those chases with the last two survivors. Its a real shame this is what most high Match Making Rating lobbies will soon look like. Thanks Tru3, for toughing this one out and demonstrating this. :)
Some of you need to develop a little thing called "Empathy" and realize theres bull shit on both sides, and its a radically unbalanced game that can be exploited in many different ways. It cant be Killer Players and Survivor Players, it should just be the Player Base. Its like sitting back and watching a political debate. Both sides are consistently wrong and its a great perspective being detached from the game. Great content like always Tru3, keep being blunt
As a killer main and I play in the mobile version(which is really sucks and twice as difficult for a killer) there are certain killers that can do little against really good loopers. This game is totally designed for the survivors to succeed. You can only capitalise on their mistakes but if they do everything correctly you have 0 chance. I have no problem with the current status quo on low MMR but they need to make some balancing when it reaches rank 1-3. If I play against SWF with high MMR and get really lucky I only get 2 kills the most and that's only because they play greed.
if I see God loopers like that, I will use my MORI ASAP or I'll lose. Lightborn and still afraid of flashlight saves? he just want a Free hit and it's common to killer to be cautious about that.
AR - 09ZZ - Heart Lake SS (2462) well it’s not really the same thing. True would have lost that game in 10 minutes. Without the mori. And if you take away the flashlights! Since they didn’t use them anyway. It’s not evening out the odds.
Leon Paxton exactly but I only bring it when it’s a swf and they bring keys if you just bring it with some randoms it could be toxic sum I feel the survivors but still it’s in the game so you can use it
As an Xbox player survivor main I will in fact confirm its awesome having low rank killers and being able to loop them the whole game with other red rank survivors
One thing I do see you failing at is predicting how good players loop. A lot of them tend to fake vault safe loops and windows and you can take advantage of that.
@@TrU3Ta1ent that's not always true, you can react vault at shack but theres no way you can react vault in a t&l and a shortwall jungle gym in some scenarios so I disagree with what you said there , you mentioned how they lost almost every mind game which imo is not true , they definitely outplayed you in alot of the tiles which is completely fine , I'm not insulting you or anything but that's what happened , and whenever you tried to mind game them at jungle gyms ie moonwalking around or changing directions or crouching etc they never stayed and just ran to another tile ,if you just didnt do that you couldve catch them out of position or atleast get the pallet saying that these aren't mindgameable is definitely a stretch imo excluding those filler pallets which obviously arent
@@TrU3Ta1ent Yeah I can slightly agree that she needs some small indicator on when she's phasing but that's it. Spirit is all we have left to deal with sweaty SWF.
I don’t mean any hate but how are they sweaty for being good at this game and using their skill that they gained by playing this game. I understand it’s annoying af to vs but they probably mean no harm and just playing the game optimally af
@@nicane-9966 Yeah thats true lol. Oni isn't bad against SWF and Hag? Ehhh idk she seems to be more defense based to me. I just feel like Spirit given the player's skill, is the only one who can really hold her own now against sweaty SWF. Nurse, well OG good Nurse before the nerfs certainly could.
@@gav3048 If BHVR balanced out SWF I'd have no issue with them. But a highly optimized team on coms will always have the power role in a game that for the most is already skewed in survivors favor. Sweaty survivors/SWFs detest Spirit as she and maybe Nurse are the only ones capable of destroying their "fun". Hence why they cry to BHVR for more Spirit nerfs lol.
It's amazing that a game like that is completely impossible, they were very unlikely to mess up so you're screwed as fuck unless you bring ebony mori which gives you a shot at a 4k
Idk if people are just more tryhard on ps4, but I get these teams all the time, but usually they all have special tool boxes and flashlights, pick the map, and use a all spawn together to rush the first gen (hiding only until I checked the gen and left) But what really pisses me off is map design will stack double Windows to a killer shack to wtf...another killer shack how?
Freddy is extremely strong considering how easy he is to play. If you’re new to killer, then he’s not a bad start since his power is simple and he’s high-tier, but after a while it’s probably best to get used to other killers that take more skill to play effectively (e.g: Huntress).
True you played very well this game, they had too many chain loops to outplay them. A lot of ppl are going to complain you used a mori but they don’t have the experience like you do to notice how broken these tile set ups were and if you were a survivor you most likely would’ve looped them for just as long but like always gg and love your amazing content💯
I mean...yeah the game is a chess game of mindgames. Just because they won all the mindgames doesn’t mean there wasn’t stuff you could have done to win them instead. And sometimes it’s just a guessing game. Like your ambush plays are entirely 50-50 and they have to guess . Like a goalie trying to stop a penalty kick.
i realise this is a late comment and probably wont get noticed, but i feel like it is good for both sides to switch and try the other side. before i used to only play survivor and was very against most changes that would effect my gameplay as i already struggled sometimes. Now i picked up killer and actually had to go against 3/4 man Swiffs and you notice how powerless certain to most killers can feel in situations like that.Survivors dont have the right to tell killers how they should play, but a little sportsmanship isnt wrong as well.
New matchmaking has been trialled on xbox for over a week, its been awful, I've had multiple games facing a rank 20 killer solo queue at rank 1 with full red rank teammates, or as a green and purple rank killer, a lot of rank 1-3. However there's the opposite side of the spectrum, as a survivor I've also been facing fair killer match ups, with rank 15-20 killers. I've rarely had a balanced game unfortunately, whether I've just been unlucky or this system is not finalised i don't know, but in my experience match making has got worse.
They're grouping you in with people on your skill level (or they're supposed to). Until the game can recognize where your skill level is, you'll go against people better than you and worse than you. At least, that's what I got from it.
@@trialbyfire4763 Exactly. I remember them saying that the old ranking tiers will remain but won't have anything to do with matchmaking, they're now basically just a bragging rights thing. The new matchmaking MMR is based on your "wins" and "losses" so it's going to take awhile before everyone settles at their proper MMR.
Spirit is in fact the only killer that can "outplay" the high mmr survivors at the momment, but i think that just as she is op, loop spawning is quite op too, killer shack into jungle into T&L is crazy strong, the loop spawn should be a lot more random and probably try not to spawn T&L too close to killer shack or Jungles. After the mmr patch, i randomly get a 4 high mmr survivors and damn shit is hard, specially with a setup killer, impossible to win
Lol that amount of salt is still unnecessary. They weren't being dicks, even in a Mori game. Spirit is still bullshit since then an entire team of 4 might as well be bots against a decent spirit. The power role isn't supposed to be able to chill in a 4v1 game (unless the skill gap is big). I've never seen it work any other way (Ever heard of the game Evolve? one big reason it died is that it was not very potato friendly and felt unfair often). But I'm not against strong killers (like Oni or Billy) as long as they FEEL fair. Sure, it is hard to have 20 killers that all are strong and feel fair, but we should expect the devs to try to get that balance.
those chases with the nancy and claud at the end lasted for so long that both gens couldve been done and they couldve had a chance at escaping through the exit gate. Instead they wanted to mess with the killer and keep showing off how they can loop that busted map against an M1 killer. Tru3 did not win this match because of his skill, he won because they were being cocky and obviously didn't care about dying, they just cared about looping the killer for as long as possible. Nancy and Claude purposely made it a hatch game early on. I'm saying that mainly from a survivor standpoint because me and my friends play survivor knowing how to use all our unmindgameable and mindgameable tiles, and then later on when we're playing killer against survivors like these we're complaining about it. These maps need a REAL rework.
Perhaps separate second-chance perks from the rest of the perks so thatyou can only bring one per match? Idk, just my idea, the exhuastion from adrenaline doesn't compensate for the insta-heal.
Currently a rank 6 Ghostface and spirit main and let me tell ya, it's really hard to play this game when the only chance I have to rank up is to play spirit, and when I do play spirit, I get called toxic and trash for resorting to an "unfun killer" like the perks they run and the god loops aren't unfun for killers
This is true I have only ever reached rank 4 but quickly dropped. I'm not a strong looper as I do not play religiously, I took a 2 year break and came back and I'm still just as shit as I was before. Last night I played with a few of my rank 1 survivors and it was clear I was the weak one as the killer was rank 1 as well and I was only rank 14. Rank ones dont make mistakes and if they do they have dead hard to rectify it.
I know for a fact people will say you camped the Nancy but wtf is he supposed to do? Pretend he doesn’t expect Claudette to come for the unhook and/or hatch?
Cheers!
800hrs in the game and I got it too. If survivors don’t do big mistakes, the killer can’t do much about it.

Perfect observation
Dude he won the game the second he mori'd the first person , after that he just tried to farm he would not commit to chases that long if one of them was doing gens and on top of that he had multiple attempts to end the game but he just wanted to farm. Mori easily won him the game
Damian C well yeah, obviously. But that being the raw mathematics shows roughly how broken gen speed is
This is 1/100 games tho. Maybe not for him cause of stream sniping, but for us common players, it is. Do you think balancing the game around 1 match/100 is a good idea?
That would've been impossible without a mori
It was definitely a really challenging game, looked like good fun! I reckon he might of got a win without the mori if it weren’t for the cards though, since they wasted his time quite a bit.
It wasn't possible even with mori given that he black pipped so he didn't actually win.

Tru3: *Whiffs swing at start* there's nothing I could have done.
Continues to do suboptimal things like swing through pallets, run TL walls clockwise, and use the crouch at pallets that connect to another tile for them to move to when just holding W would make it a 10 second loop and force the pallet down.
get ready for the true talent army to come attack you
Yeah he obviously did mistakes that game, him claiming that there isn't anything else to do is bs, but the 'whiff' at the start wasn't an actual whiff, rewatch it there was a pallet right next to the surv, if he wouldn't have swung he wouldn't have get a hit either he was hoping that the survivor would go for the pallet and let's be honest, most survivors would've gone for the pallet.
You actually defend that shit? Fuck off

@@TDSDarthWage What? It's nothing against Tru3, he's a great guy and they were above average loopers and had pretty good map RNG (on one of the few maps small enough for killer to adequately pressure).
If we're being fair, we should acknowledge how it was Trues miss at 0:46 costed him a full minute without a down.

I urge all survivor mains to play both sides equally then they may have a change in attitude.

if u a pig expect to get your snoot booped
So basically if you aren't playing as Spirit or Nurse you'll have no chance in high tier MMR?
A lot of loops are survivor favoured vs mouse 1 killers sadly. Spirit is in control when she chases a lot of killers arnt. Pig is one of them, not all though doc is for example as well, nurse...etc
Not for the most part, only way to even make it fair is with a mori.

It was a 50/50 but he didn't know that she was good enough to do that at this point in the video. What is the problem with this? If survivors play perfectly with no mistakes then why shouldn't they win? I get that survivor definitely is the stronger role when you face these types of players, but surely they deserve to win if they rarely make mistakes. He would have got the hit at the pallet if he swung at that exact moment, the survivor knew that and baited it
I'm really curious to see what will happen when MMR comes in.
Most likely they'll nerf Spirit and Nurse, wait until the top tier MMR people complain about insanely long queue times due to having no killers to face, and widen the matchmaking parameters so they can face lower MMR killers, bringing us almost full circle to where we are now.
hello speaking from the future and everything you said actually is happening lmao except a couple of things you were wrong abt
12:10 i look away 30 seconds and the survivor who was down is now fully healed... bruh xD
So on a 3k the hatch opens and if you close it, all the undone gens just magically get done and survs can open the gates? Right.
How would it be if the survivors plays from 1st person just like the killer? Anyone have a idea(sorry for the bad English)
Thank you!!!!!
I get this level of games when I go killer ALL THE TIME in my region. But I’ve noticed that since the new MMR all I get is baby survivors and that’s not fun for me nor those new survivors who only get a bad time and don’t get a chance
What does MMR means?
Match making rating
@@xecroz8253 thanks :)
Tru3 out here glad he had a mori to carry him for the W after getting outplayed at nearly every loop smh
that is why as a high-rank legion I use the 3 gen strategy a lot and use a very meta build that capitalizes on this strat, survivors are always injured and they need to play on my playground (dead zones) with my rules to win not the other way around, and I think every killer that isn't a meta killer should use tactics likes this if they want to win against good SWF players constantly. not to forget other tactics like soft tunneling the weak link, use mab offerings with builds that take advantage of this, etc.
Shouldn’t the trap go off when she’s trying to escape? Did I miss an update?
Trap wasnt activated
Was the last girl even able to leave with the bt on, I forget if they removed that when they nerfed pig.
They cant leave if its piping if not they can
@@shakir-s6t Piping?
@@k-kayla He probably means If the "clock" on the trap is ticking or simply activated
@@nia3926 gotcha, thanks!
I don't know if it's just me but I face this 90% of the time in Asia, even I'm holding myself at Rank 15. The amount of SWFs is simply ridiculous.
This is a direct violation of our "Rulebook for Killers".
I'm jk I love all you killer mains.
Haha, i'm personally not even a killer main, I play survivor as well
My Lord that setup was disgusting and seeing them never make mistakes even with your double mind games just blew my mind, and somehow surviving hits from medium vaults it all seemed frustrating
If you're playing as survivor you don't really care if it's fun for the killer or not
Well you should
Soo much information!Nice Vid!♥️🔥
My goodness imagine if they were focusing on gens aswell
I kind of wanted that last survivor to 'get out' at the end only to be killed by the trap still on her head. Lmao
When u play survivors only u tend to think killers are too OP and mori makes it unfair....till you play killer and meet crazy good loopers
I agree so hard on this lol
How do you balance this?
And to salt the wound, black pip as a result of that match. Admittedly you moried two survivors so that cost you some potential points, but you probably earned back what you lost during those chases with the last two survivors. Its a real shame this is what most high Match Making Rating lobbies will soon look like. Thanks Tru3, for toughing this one out and demonstrating this. :)
people that suck in rank 19 don't understand what you're saying, you explained everything perfectly and were 100% right.
Great content like always Tru3, keep being blunt
what perks were the nancy using??
Is there such thing as fun high rank games for killers?
no unless you run into a chill survivor group lol
As a killer main and I play in the mobile version(which is really sucks and twice as difficult for a killer) there are certain killers that can do little against really good loopers. This game is totally designed for the survivors to succeed. You can only capitalise on their mistakes but if they do everything correctly you have 0 chance. I have no problem with the current status quo on low MMR but they need to make some balancing when it reaches rank 1-3.
If I play against SWF with high MMR and get really lucky I only get 2 kills the most and that's only because they play greed.
Can survivors escape with traps on if they are the last one alive? Like in this case.
@Yeah, no so if you're in a chase with the survivor while he goes through the exit, it's valid?
Shivam Dashottar as long as the timer isn’t going off (like when it’s red) you can escape through the gates
Mori on first hook. LIGHTBORN and still afraid of the flashlightsave. Scared of getting bullied?
You were bullied in school weren't you?
if I see God loopers like that, I will use my MORI ASAP or I'll lose.
Chemicalz - yeah nah, I guess your parents didn’t raise you correctly if you behave like that:)
K. Well is it the survivors fault that they are better than you are? I mean a mori is just a cheap way out lol big pussy move.
This is a perfect example of why everyone hates Moris
I love moris
Because they check the privileges of toxic survivors?
Leon Paxton exactly but I only bring it when it’s a swf and they bring keys if you just bring it with some randoms it could be toxic sum I feel the survivors but still it’s in the game so you can use it
As an Xbox player survivor main I will in fact confirm its awesome having low rank killers and being able to loop them the whole game with other red rank survivors
Just FYI this MMR is released on Xbox only for the moment
One thing I do see you failing at is predicting how good players loop. A lot of them tend to fake vault safe loops and windows and you can take advantage of that.
They stand at the perfect spot where they can react vault. So they will always make the window, pallet.
@@TrU3Ta1ent that's not always true, you can react vault at shack but theres no way you can react vault in a t&l and a shortwall jungle gym in some scenarios so I disagree with what you said there , you mentioned how they lost almost every mind game which imo is not true , they definitely outplayed you in alot of the tiles which is completely fine , I'm not insulting you or anything but that's what happened , and whenever you tried to mind game them at jungle gyms ie moonwalking around or changing directions or crouching etc they never stayed and just ran to another tile ,if you just didnt do that you couldve catch them out of position or atleast get the pallet saying that these aren't mindgameable is definitely a stretch imo excluding those filler pallets which obviously arent
and after all that sweat only a brutal result... yep, this is DBD
This is why Spirit is fine the way she is and needs no more nerfs. Because of typical sweaty survivors like these.
They can make it where she lights up a lot more noticeably when she phases but thats all she needs to stay top level competitive.
They hated him because what he said was...
.
..tru3.
I'll just put myself on the hook now.
You played the mind games very well and capitalized on their most minimal mistakes. "True Talent" indeed!!! :D
so many salty survivors in the chat and disliking lmao
No its not that lol
The dislikes are because he was hyped after "winning" with a ebony mori
Ronni Schnidt what if they got hyped after winning with dead hard
It's amazing that a game like that is completely impossible, they were very unlikely to mess up so you're screwed as fuck unless you bring ebony mori which gives you a shot at a 4k
wats do u think the funnest killer to play is tru
I find it funny that people and especially the devs think this is ok
Idk if people are just more tryhard on ps4, but I get these teams all the time, but usually they all have special tool boxes and flashlights, pick the map, and use a all spawn together to rush the first gen (hiding only until I checked the gen and left) But what really pisses me off is map design will stack double Windows to a killer shack to wtf...another killer shack how?
Is freddy viable vs survivors with such a high skill cap?
Freddy is extremely strong considering how easy he is to play. If you’re new to killer, then he’s not a bad start since his power is simple and he’s high-tier, but after a while it’s probably best to get used to other killers that take more skill to play effectively (e.g: Huntress).
Whens the roll backs coming to the game??
would you have won without mori?
True you played very well this game, they had too many chain loops to outplay them. A lot of ppl are going to complain you used a mori but they don’t have the experience like you do to notice how broken these tile set ups were and if you were a survivor you most likely would’ve looped them for just as long but like always gg and love your amazing content💯
Tbh if this was actually high MMR 4 gens would be done in the first 3 minutes of the video
It felt like they were constantly a mile away during chases, wtf. They just legged it and it worked
After the mmr patch, i randomly get a 4 high mmr survivors and damn shit is hard, specially with a setup killer, impossible to win
yeah standing still and waiting for the survivors to vault the pallet or the window definetly is "outplaying" lmao.
This man is such a highly skilled player at dead by daylight
meh
So glad I found your streams. Love the info you provide and that you don't take crap from the nay sayers
those chases with the nancy and claud at the end lasted for so long that both gens couldve been done and they couldve had a chance at escaping through the exit gate.
What does mmr mean?
Matchmaking rating
I know for a fact people will say you camped the Nancy but wtf is he supposed to do? Pretend he doesn’t expect Claudette to come for the unhook and/or hatch?
