Every time I hear this man sing, I feel like I need to take a pregnancy test, and I am 60 LOL 😊🤣😊 One of my favorite instruments is the Sax, would love to hear you play!!!
Timothy is just showing off....this is so good. His range is rediculous. In a good way. The Zodiacs are one of the groups...Stay Wait til you hear his Duke of Earl....
Dave, I think you would do well as a backup singer for Tim. I really enjoy watching and listening to you. I love those shorts that you did with Tim and Austin. Looking forward 👌for more 😀
I love your facial expressions and enthusiasm for Tim's talent. Your attitude is so contagious and upbeat. I love happy people. This poor old world needs more people like you. Tim blew these songs out of the water. What a talented gentleman. Your reactions never disappoint. ✌❤
You are right in that the Shirrelles and Zodiacs did these songs first. The Four Seasons also had a hit with “Stay” later on. Tim is kind of singing in the style of the Four Seasons though. He has amazing range. The harmonies are interesting. Thanks for your reaction
How in the world can he sing those low notes and yet also be able to easily sing high notes. And I'm not talking about his excellent falsetto ... I'm talking the full-voice higher notes he can sing.
All pieces are done by Tim on this and combining the tracks.. his ability to falsetto like that is amazing. Even for his head voice. It just shows his vocal range.
I just had to post again... your enjoyment of the music is infectious. I love your facial expressions. Even though you stop the song, it is always because you share your enjoyment. .... Thank You.
And to think Tim might have gone into dentistry and we would've missed out on his musical genius 🤯 This is so unbelievably fabulous! I only wish this video didn't fade out before he hits that final high note! I really want to hear his incredible finale to this gorgeous arrangement!!!
THIS IS WORTH BEING THAT EXCITED FOR!!! I GEEKED OUT THE SAME WAY!!! ...CUZ I have Tim Foust range!! He is my idol! Him and Geoff Castellucci, and Avi Kaplin!!!
Dude, singing along is part of what you have done for all the years that I have listened to your reaction. You never do it unless the music forces it. Great Reaction!
Another great rendition by Tim. His voice really suits this genre of music. We know he can really bring the bass but how about his falsetto? I have always loved these 2 songs from 1960 "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by The Shirelles & "Stay" by Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs.
You're killing me, Dave. Lol. You're so much fun to watch. I love your pure excitement and joy listening and watching. I'm laughing at you - in a positive way of course. Sing it, Dave! Ha ha ha ha.
I love these song, he does a phenomenal job. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons were very popular starting in the 60's. Always enjoy your reactions to Tim.
Love when Maurice W+zodiacs did the original, And Still Love not only the Classic Oldies songs, But A GREAT song, No matter what period in time, is STILL a GREAT song!! Love that you included checking out Tim's version of these Classic Golden Oldies. Ah the fond memories....
Oh my you are fun. I love this. Bought this album last night. Love it all. Been singing off key all day. 5 octave range. Love it. The music today has nothing compared to this. What fun.
I love to watch reactions from people who get into music as much as I do. When you were talking about Tim being asked about his range, we both said yes at the same time! I high
The first time I heard Tim sing this, I was so excited because I was able to sing along and match him not for note. As a primarily bass singer, it was a blast to actually use my high range for once. My dad had a big collection of Albums with songs like this on them that I loved to sing as a kid, glad to see you enjoyed it as much as I did Dave!
I do so love your reactions, Dave! Your appreciation of and passion for the music you react to is clearly evident each and every time. Tim's range is just otherworldly. This mash-up definitely shows off the highs, the lows, and everything in between SO well.
This wonderful, talented, brilliant man! I'm completely in love with his voice - he can do *anything* he wants to, it's ridiculous but amazing. Really love your reactions, but question: if Tim's bass is a dragon, what would you call his falsetto? Question #2: have you found Tim's personal youtube channel and delved into his older stuff? He did a cover of Lady Gaga's Edge of Glory that is WOW!
Great reaction! Tim Foust is an amazing talent!!! He is phenomenal!!! Yeah, you can help but move with this and sing along! Thank you for your reaction!
I loved your excitement over the video and such! It made me smile! Tim’s range is crazy and out of this world! The whole album is incredibly good! Love the old Doo Wop style! It’s definitely “feel good” music!
😂 you can’t play the sax quietly 🤣 Agreed! Loved your reaction! I understand about not being able to stop from singing with him. I grew up listening to this music 🎵
I think you REALLY enjoyed this but it was hard to tell !?!?!? 😂😂😂 I absolutely love it Best what's your range "YES" lol. I thought you were going to miss that last high note but you didn't and your face. This was a Mashup of 2 songs
The sound on the digital download is better than the UA-cam video, probably due to some compression. It was pretty obvious even without headphone, though I do have studio monitors. On repeat. The Lion Sleeps Tonight really knocked me for a loop. Animal and bird sounds. Brass instruments. Female opera? Well, Home Free did do One Man Band!
New subscriber! Your joy in good music and good artistry is so fun to watch! The Four Seasons Christmas Album is a favorite in our house. Loving your reactions to Tim and Peter Hollens! I'll be binging more! What's your range? Yes!
Tim Foust is THE MAN! For sure there is NO doubt about it! This is Sooo Great! His album is Incredible and so very Entertaining! I instantly start smiling and wanting to dance! Best vibes I've had in a long while! I know that you enjoyed it, so very obvious and I'm glad!!! I love seeing you get into the music! Take care Dave and give my best regards to your beautiful wife and please give your precious baby girl an extra little kiss on the cheek for me! God Bless Y'all! From your South Georgia Home Free Home Fry Friend! ❤️😃🍟
Dave...Keep your eyes open for Tim's other songs off his new album Pieces of Me Vol 1. I jumped in with both feet a couple days back, purchased the mp3's, & there are NO bad songs on that album!!! He chose some really good songs to showcase. Now I'm looking forward to the videos that shows me exactly what he was doing at the time!!! 😁 👍 💕 💋 🌹 😃 😍 😘 Maurice Williams wrote Stay then he & the Zodiacs were the original performers who put out Stay as the B side of their song Peanut in the early to mid 60's & then Franki Valli & the Four Seasons did a cover of Stay years later. I don't remember how many years later but they weren't the original performers. Tim is so young that he probably never heard Maurice Williams perform it. Maurice turned 43 the same year that Tim was born. The Shirrelles did Will You still Love Me Tomorrow in the early to mid 60's as well but I don't remember them doing Stay on their own. I always enjoyed the era of Doo Wop music!!! Many good Doo Wop songs were revived during the early years of the era of Pop music.
Came across your vids tonight . I can finally get excited with someone who likes listening to music like you do . Tim and home free. I just came across them 1 mouth ago. You have great excitement. Keep up the great show 👍
As I was saying, I highly recommend that you check out Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons. "Sherry" and "Walk Like a Man" are two of my favorites! Great reaction!
What a way to start the weekend watching you react to Tim's latest video. You sound good and the expression on your face could be described as gleeful. Take care and be well. Enjoy your precious little ones and your dear wife. Looking forward to more of your reactions to this album of Tim's.
Full acknowledgement to the Shirelles and Zodiacs but my first hearing of "Stay" was Jackson Browne, Rosemary Butler and David Lindley (and to my ear others). Good songs are truly universal and transcendent. Tim Foust (spelling correction over-ruling automated spelling correction) is exceptional to the point of disbelief but here stands amongst many great singers and songwriters.
Maurice Williams did come out with STAY 1st!, then Frankie Valli released their version of the song. Shirelled did the Will you still love me tomorrow.
Jackson Browne did a version of this song at along with the song the loadout which was a tribute to his Roadies he modified the lyrics to talk about singing One More Time On Stage before they left and the hardships up the road
I am in the process of wearing my cd out, blasting it all the way on my 12 hour drive. I even had a couple ask where I found this cd at a gas station along the way!
Loved your reaction Dave!! Haha, yeah Tim - what range do you sing? Yes. What? I sing them all! Hahaha, yep all of them. I remember hearing Frankie Vallee and the Four Seasons a lot so maybe Tim heard their version the most? I love this by Tim. Wish you could play your sax more. You’re right though, hard to play it quietly. You’ve got a pretty good range there yourself Dave. Have a wonderful New Year!😍
Dave! I enjoyed your reaction even more than the impressive video! Maybe you could go to a park or something and video yourself playing the sax. I love the saxophone.
Every time I hear this man sing, I feel like I need to take a pregnancy test, and I am 60 LOL 😊🤣😊 One of my favorite instruments is the Sax, would love to hear you play!!!
"What's your range?" "Yes" had me CRYING 🤣 the absolute joy you got out of this was so wonderful
Perfect to sing and dance to and with your daughter.
Timothy is just showing off....this is so good.
His range is rediculous. In a good way.
The Zodiacs are one of the groups...Stay
Wait til you hear his Duke of Earl....
I think the zodiacs wrote the song originally and everything else is a cover.
Dave, I think you would do well as a backup singer for Tim. I really enjoy watching and listening to you. I love those shorts that you did with Tim and Austin. Looking forward 👌for more 😀
Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons made this popular in the early 60s. Were they before or after the Zodiacs?
@@rosemary702001 the zodiacs are the ones who wrote and sang the song first. Then it was covered by many others, including Frankie Valli
@@whatitdodave Thx Dave! I’ll go looking for it!
Now you KNOW that Tim's range is from A0-A5. Either end is extraordinary, but both from the same human is NOT human.
I love your facial expressions and enthusiasm for Tim's talent. Your attitude is so contagious and upbeat. I love happy people. This poor old world needs more people like you. Tim blew these songs out of the water. What a talented gentleman. Your reactions never disappoint. ✌❤
So fun to hang out with you, Dave, and share our appreciation for Tim!! Yes, he’s awesome!
You are right in that the Shirrelles and Zodiacs did these songs first. The Four Seasons also had a hit with “Stay” later on. Tim is kind of singing in the style of the Four Seasons though. He has amazing range. The harmonies are interesting. Thanks for your reaction
Thanks for the clarification! Love all of them!! I think Stay was Maurice Williams!
I am always fascinated by Tim's vocal range. Every note is perfect and clear. Wow - what a voice. Great reaction!
Best reaction line: “What’s your range? YES” 😂
Sing your heart out, man. We love your enthusiasm.
What a fun reaction. His performance and his attitude definitly make me smile. And do a little chair dance and hand clap.
How in the world can he sing those low notes and yet also be able to easily sing high notes. And I'm not talking about his excellent falsetto ... I'm talking the full-voice higher notes he can sing.
Tim is really bringing back some great music, and singing it brilliantly. Thank you so much for a great reaction.
All pieces are done by Tim on this and combining the tracks.. his ability to falsetto like that is amazing. Even for his head voice. It just shows his vocal range.
Not falsetto, high tenor.
This is just such a feel good album, from lows to highs and everything in between 😍
This is a mash up of two separate hits.
I just had to post again... your enjoyment of the music is infectious. I love your facial expressions. Even though you stop the song, it is always because you share your enjoyment. .... Thank You.
And to think Tim might have gone into dentistry and we would've missed out on his musical genius 🤯
This is so unbelievably fabulous! I only wish this video didn't fade out before he hits that final high note! I really want to hear his incredible finale to this gorgeous arrangement!!!
And thinking that he used to be a high school math teacher... I would've been so in love, I wouldn't have learned a thing! 🤣
I love your host reactions. My wife who studied music said that on a scale from 1 to 10 that this was a 15.
THIS IS WORTH BEING THAT EXCITED FOR!!! I GEEKED OUT THE SAME WAY!!! ...CUZ I have Tim Foust range!! He is my idol! Him and Geoff Castellucci, and Avi Kaplin!!!
You always make me smile when I watch you. ☺
I smiled and laughed all through this! Love you singing, don’t apologize!!
Dude, singing along is part of what you have done for all the years that I have listened to your reaction. You never do it unless the music forces it. Great Reaction!
Love both songs. Tim hit it out of the ball park with these. They were separate songs. 72 and don't remember details, everyone recorded those songs.
Nobody should have this range. Unreal

The Lion Sleeps Tonight. For Real? I could of ended up in the hospital. I have heart problems.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one that goes crazy listening to this. Sooooo awesome!!!
I love to watch reactions from people who get into music as much as I do. When you were talking about Tim being asked about his range, we both said yes at the same time! I high

Tim's range is sooo, extreme!
Tim...you do remember your a bass right? wow that range! I am impressed! No worries Dave I was singing along too!
This wonderful, talented, brilliant man! I'm completely in love with his voice - he can do *anything* he wants to, it's ridiculous but amazing. Really love your reactions, but question: if Tim's bass is a dragon, what would you call his falsetto?

I loved your excitement over the video and such! It made me smile! Tim’s range is crazy and out of this world! The whole album is incredibly good! Love the old Doo Wop style! It’s definitely “feel good” music!

I saw an interview with Tim where they asked what his range is and he said 5 octaves, just nonchalant like it was no big deal!
I enjoy your reaction very much!!!
Dave, you really enjoyed this one so much that you made me enjoy it even more.
Whoever your reaction! You were throwing enjoying yourself💕
This "old lady" was born and raised in Detroit.....I miss the old Motown. That was soul warming music that had nothing but EVERYTHING!!
I enjoyed your voice in the reaction. Great fun

Peace, Love!

Love the reaction. I'm subscribed
I am in the process of wearing my cd out, blasting it all the way on my 12 hour drive. I even had a couple ask where I found this cd at a gas station along the way!
I reccommend buying his album
Great reaction thanks for sharing. I didn't find one skip on the album.
Loving your enthusiasm!

MY TWO BEST BUDS BOTH PLAYED SAX,
Loved your reaction Dave!! Haha, yeah Tim - what range do you sing? Yes. What? I sing them all! Hahaha, yep all of them. These 2 songs from 1960 "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by The Shirelles & "Stay" by Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs
Hes 5 octave, impressive
If you haven't seen Blue Ain't Your Color yet, they do that one in a Motown style.
Dave! I enjoyed your reaction even more than the impressive video! Maybe you could go to a park or something and video yourself playing the sax. I love the saxophone.
On interviews he says his range is “about 5 octaves”.
As usual Tim killed it. I don't think there is something that he can't sing.
