Had a go at this today. Not quite as easy as it looks. I screwed my motherboard back in to realise I’d forgotten the button membranes! Problem was the screw had stripped. Thought I’d botched it at that point but managed to clip the screw head off and manage with one screw. Then I found the shoulder buttons incredibly fiddly to keep in place while you put the shell back together (which fit terribly). Finally, put the lens on to realise I’d not fitted the screen adhesive strip back properly and it’s slightly visible on the left. All in all I’m happy with the outcome but wish I’d just paid for it to be done by someone more skilled. Also the shell and new buttons aren’t as nice as I’d imagined. I cleaned and reused the original membranes but wish I’d reused the buttons as well
