A wonderful space but i'm not a fan of the layout. There are 3 things that make this a deal-breaker for me unfortunately. #1-It does not seem to be efficiently designed for a family. It seems more for a single person, single roommates, or a couple without kids. The placement of the powder room and laundry room makes no sense. It should be switched. The laundry should be outside the master bedroom and the powder room should facing the other bedroom. But what's worse is that it should not be a powder room. It should be 3-piece bathroom because the 3rd bedroom (next to the master) does not have access to a shower/bath. That person would have to use the bathroom in the 2nd bedroom en-suite or the master en-suite to bathe. That makes no sense. #2- There is not enough wall space in the open concept kitchen/dining/living-room. Because you have two full floor to ceiling walls of windows, you limited how the space could be configured. I don't like the way it is configured. It there was at least one other wall, I could work with it. There seems to be a patio off of the dining area, so it makes sense to keep that and have the other wall be a regular wall. #3 - The voice over and write-up stated that there was another room located off of the foyer that could be used as an office or another bedroom. It was not shown at all. That was annoying. It would have been nice to see what could have been done with it. I'm looking at this from the perspective of having a family of 4 (2 kids & a spouse); it does not quite meet the design one needs for a family. But if I didn't have kids, this would be great!!!
