  • sorry for the video ratio, had to capture it with unoptimized phone before the issue is gone. At 1st i was thinking i might reach the point where my frame starts to collapse under the torque i provide , but luckily it was as simple as this.

    Yeah my oxo did something similar, it wasn’t clicking but squeaking.. still annoying all the same. I also greased the same part up and it solved the noise.

    Hey! Thanks for the videos, very useful content in English!! I just bought an OXO and I'll keep track of your mods :P
    A question: Do you think a replacement for the folding mechanism will eventually appear? Maybe something like the Falcon Deluxe for the M365?

      Hmm I dunno maybe, the funny part is all you need to do is to learn how not to lean on your handlebars and you don't need any mods for the stem. Mine is 18 months old as good as new.

    Yeah my OXO was squeaking to hell and I couldn’t figure out why. Then I thought, shit it must be the suspension. So I greased behind the orange bars and boom silent

    Hey man! Great vid. Do you know of any way to soften the shocks on these? I find them super hard.

    Which grease did you use? and also, can you next time show the process?

    • @SUB13333
      @SUB13333  4 роки тому +1

      any grease will do. i use high temp grease for motors. The process is so simple i dont even know what to capture. as soon as you remove the orange arm you'll see a bearing and an axle. just grease it and assemble back the arm. thats all.

    Are you sure the grease will not start to rot/dissolve the rubber?

    • @SUB13333
      @SUB13333  4 роки тому +2

      yes, the rubber is behind the bearings so no actual contact. i suspect the clicks are coming from in between the axle and the arm, its atight fit but not enough most likely, so there's a tiny play in between them that makes it.
