    Whole wheat flour 150g(1cup)
    White flour 150g(1cup)
    Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
    Instant yeast 3g(1tsp)
    Water 240ml
    Raisin 30g
    Walnut 30g
    190 C /375 F bake for 25-30 minutes

    i changed wheat flour with oats flour, change raisin with dates and add choco chips. i divided the loaf into smaller size. it was delicious :-) thank you so much!

    I have just tried the recipe n the bread turned out very delicious 😋😋
    I used rolled oat flour to replace the wholemeal flour n it worked out fine. We simply love the taste. Tq Helly for such wonderful recipe.

    I really enjoy your channel. This is the second recipe I have tried (currently in progress). Since I consider myself somewhat of a beginner baker, it would be helpful for me to know what total preparation time is fir each recipe. Perhaps you can consider that in the future.     There are many UA-cam videos with this type of bread / recipe, yours is the best. Very thoughtful to make it handy and less to clean, also fast Fermentation and easy to handle, 👍good idea!

    Hi Kelly! Just wanted to say a quick thank you for taking the time and effort to post these wonderful recipes for us. I tried your Wholemeal bread recipe and it was a huge hit with my small family. I decided to give this bread a try too. I messed up a little during the kneading process and yet it turned out well. Should I add water at room temperature or blood heat

      @@sade9526 I made two times already. I like this healthy bread recipe. I used a bit more water for the second time. The second time is a bit sticky than the first time. Not easy to handle. But it is more soft. I used Robinhood brand flour. You may need to use less water if it is really super sticky. Keeps trying. You can made it. Good luck

      最好用高筋面粉,如果没有也不用特意买就用中筋吧!如果用中筋粉先不要把水一次性全部加上,留下一大勺做最后调整。3克yeast是1tsp,祝成功!

      因为每种面粉的吸水性不一样,如果全部用白面粉就先加220毫升水吧,搅拌后根据视频面团状态再调整,其他用量不变。

      可以全部换成全麦面粉,因为全麦面粉吸水性强需要适当增加水的用量。建议搅拌好面团后冷藏发酵一晚让全麦中的麸皮得到软化后口感会更好。

    Handing this bread was so difficult Helly, I bake quite often not new to bread making but this was a very very sticky dough that I ended up adding 1/2 a cup of flour & took 20 minutes Just to put the dough together to bake it in my loaf pan instead of shaping it up like you did. Can this be due over rising the first time? (I left it for 2 hours ) Or the difference in the quality of flour. I am assuming you didn't add more flour outside the recording to make it handleable , bcoz yours got in shape in no time on d video:0)

    Bread is just baked and you don’t bake with a pan of water for steam?
