Three reasons why 8K resolution may not be available to you: 1- You are watching the video through UA-cam Application, so use a computer and a browser. 2- Your device does not support video with 8K resolution and high bitrate so watch the video at lower resolution like 4K, 2K, 1080p and etc. 3- UA-cam is still compressing the 8K resolution to make it available to you.
You might wonder why my GPU usage is always at 100%, even in older titles. The reason is that I record the game on the same system I play on. As a result, part of the GPU and VRAM is used to process the game at 8K resolution and 60 frames per second, while the rest of the GPU and VRAM is used to record the game at the highest bitrate. Therefore, GPU usage, CPU usage, and other factors are very different on a system that does not simultaneously record the screen.
