"For Douglas" achievement does not unlock... can I have misunderstood the meaning of "Fly 42 miles without getting hit"? I've flied 42 miles in the first 3/4 seconds... so, obviously, I cannot be hit by anyone in the first 42 miles....

When I play I dont see the bees or flying toast. I tried re-installing the game, but the issue is still present. Do I unlock these enemies somehow? (And yes I was playing sky attack mode).
