Do you personally go through all the cv’s yourself, how long does that take, and then how do you keep the good people to make sure they actually get a job?

I need some questions to get more clarity:
1. To get started, company registration is must?
2. If company is registered in any one of the country like USA, Canada or UK or any other European country, can we target companies in other countries where we didnt get out company registered?
3. Using LinkedIn as targeting and lead generation of company clients, LinkedIn main profile is to be used or through a LinkedIn company page is best for doing this business?
4. Stripe isn't available in Pakistan. What other options are available for receiving payments from clients. Payoneer can work?
5. How to fill gap between receiving payment from clients and giving salaries to employees?
6. The employees will be ours or to the companies particularly in the long run. Particularly if companies later on decide that they will be directly dealing with employees so there will not be any need for our outsourcing services to companies in such case

Cmon man. I wish I could do this, but I'm trying to be succesfull with affiliate marketing. And I don't want to give up on that and just jump from business model to another constantly. My personal advice would actually be to do a proper business not affiliate marketing. Genuinely. For the record I don't get anything out of you doing this model though this isn't comparable to affiliate marketing
How does it work with commissions? The example job ad you put up had '50k + 150k OTE'.

In terms of paying your outsource workers, can you have a separate account in the country you've hired with a local bank there. E.g. open a HSBC account in Pakistan and pay your workers and other expenses from that account? Or would it be an issue with the clarity of expenses when doing taxes?
I got a recruitment company registered in UK which i am doing after buying your course, rather than setting up another company, can i use my recruitment company which is registered for this business in any way, i heard you can maybe trade multiple names under a limited company or am i wrong?

Window cleaning, mobile car cleaning. I suggest u get into a construction trade when you finish secondary school. No debt and easily make 60k after apprenticeship. Self employed or working for a company. Trust me u won’t regret it when you reach 25 sitting on 40-50k cash.

How do you deal with problems? Let's say that your worker is not doing the work on time or is lazy.. What would you tell the company? That is using your services. Another issues is why would a company trust me to do this when I have zero credibility or readability

The only factor is what about those youngster like myself who need a job in the beginning to raise some capital/money for their future. It’s already really hard for them to get a job due to lack of experience. With this business it would make it even harder for them to find work.

Well technically you can but your results wont be good, it’s better to call during working hours
You can call different locations depending on location. So for example when its not convenient for uk business you can call to american companies.

Me personally recruitment again because you can make £4/5k making one placement and this is 400/500 per person. So its maybe 30% easier but less money. With more effort recruitment returns are more

You're talking about the 3 month trial period Like do we charge the company or is it kind of a free trial if it's a free trial how do we make the employee work for free for 3 months?
I don’t think he means for free- it’s basically asking the company to commit to paying the employee for atleast 3 months and then if they’re happy they can commit longer or if not happy then negotiate / discuss what the problems are at that point. ( the reason for 3 months is because this is how long it usually takes to be trained up and the employee understand the job - so hopefully after this point they’re shouldn’t be any problems. )
