Della's WWII Stories

My 94 year old mother in law is always telling us of her war stories so we finally got her in front of camera so we could record and preserve the stories; Dancing with Patton, meeting Eisenhower, dating Eisenhower's son, meeting with Jimmy Stewart and all the rest.
Interesting pictures to look for in the video: Some air-men named a plane after her, 'The Arizona Dell' - Also look for her clowning around with Mickey Rooney.

She was my neighbor for over 30 years and I never knew what and interesting life she had during the war. She was known as Grandma at the local high schools and everyone loved her. She moved away and seeing this video I wished that we had kept in touch.
