I got the head POV from using AgentY's Dummy mod, it has cameras within the head-node. The bodies move according to G-Force giving it the Shakey body movement feel. I just made the characters taller or raised their seating position in the tuning section so it gives the "Gopro hat" look. For the settings on the shakiness, there is none. It really depends car to car, I haven't figured out the secret sauce yet Some cars are smoother than others no matter how much I configure the dummy mod. I assume to tweak the "shakiness" you'd need decent car suspension that isn't entirely firm.
