dear sir, how to get the direction along the X-Y lissajous curve as you did? What is the logic behind it. Can you please sort this out?

Hmmm do you mean the arrows I drew? You can see the direction starting from t = 0 and then incrementing it. Note that y goes from y = 0 to positive, i.e. goes upwards at the start.
