I’m new to TN’s but I am admittedly addicted already!!!! It started off with buying a cheap on Amazon, and I wound up randomly buying a 3 pack of Moleskine Cahier so they’re like 8x5 and they fit perfectly with the cover. But I have no clue what size I have lol!!! I’ve read that it’s an A5! I’m so confused with the sizes because I could so easily make these myself!!!! Whether it was leather, vinyl, laminated cardstock etc. I could make them so easily! I just don’t know what size I have!!!!! Because I love the paper in the Moleskine Cahier. And I like to collage the Kraft ones as well. But the covers I could just do myself which I’ll wind up making random sizes for until I figure it out! Since it seems it’s not clear online anywhere lol!
I love making my own as well. I made sketchbooks for myself all the time when I was in art school. It ended up cheaper that way for me. This translates perfectly for me!
Also, instead of using washi over your staples, you could flip to one page before or after the middle and use that as the "middle". For those that don't like the aesthetic of washi in the middle of a spread
Do you have a video on how to print on Tomoe River paper?? Cause what other more frustrating thing do I need during this quarantine than to try to print my own damn inserts 🤣🤣
Sylvia thanks again. I tried printable inserts but it came out a hot mess. Don't know how to adjust printer to make sizes or odd and even pgs. Will you do a video on that topic. I understood every printer is different but there has to be some guide line everyone can use.
I tried once to cut a notebook and totally messed it up. Any suggestions? I tried with my cheap paper cutter and afraid to try now. You said you used a box cutter? I have some A5 notebooks/ inserts that I would love to put in my B6 TN/modified bullet journal. Thanks so much for the freebie links!
So I havè never used a travelers notebook and have a strange question for you. How do you write in the notebooks? Do you take it out separately and when finished writing re insert, if that makes sense.

If you search tn sizes here on UA-cam, there are many great videos where people go into measurements. Also for the inserts and tns!

You can adjust the image by copying it to "word" I have found some lovely 8x11s that I adjusted to fit my Moleskine A5.
Thank you very informative

You can take any notebook thick or thin to FedEx/kinko's and they can cut it for you for a no more than 2$
How did you make your tabs?

TYFS!!
Came across this video but I did not find any free printables.
Could you post the names of the Etsy shops and/or links? Thank you.
