Gorgeous dresses
Gowns were elegant but, the presentation was awful! Some hops underneath were too short and took away from the overall look! Very distracting!
And someone messed up big time lacing the back @9:15…yikes. Agreed that the majority of hoop presentation was off the mark.

Hoops look out sized in these dresses. Too big, too short, etc.
I'm really tired of the " I'm miserable" look of runway models. It's an outdated look. A bride would be smiling and happy.
The models are merely walking mannequins not to convey emotion just be a human hanger for the clothing
The designer wants the focus on the dress.
If the finest dress in the world evokes the saddest expressions on the human models, on what should be the happiest day of one’s life, why would anyone want to buy it? These beautiful young ladies look like they are on their way to their execution.

Wow. The gowns were very pretty but I was liking the veils and head pieces more. Some of them were a hot mess, especially the ball gowns with hoops.
For the gals who are looking for the over-the-top, extravagant, lavish wedding gown - this collection is for you. Very costumey. There is so much going, it distracts you from seeing the bride.
The big gown at 9 mins 15 secs is just out of this world
Why are the hoops for the dresses the incorrect length?

They are all beautiful. But where does the groom stand? How do they sit down? Be careful what you choose. You would have to change right after the wedding. Be kind to each other. Stay safe. Love to all
For the most part, they actually looked like wedding gowns instead of ballgown or evening gowns.

What a sloppy presentation of the gowns with the hoops! I was married in 1976 with a hooped gown, and I participated in Civil War reenactments wearing hoops. You have to have the fabric cover the hoop by three inches for the gown to lie over the hoop properly. Those models need a runway walk instructor. You do not swish and bounce in a hoop!! Such a shame, many of the gowns were breathtaking.
Why do models never smile?
The dresses are beautiful. BUT the see-through and slit ones takes away from the bride and their beauty. No woman wants to come close to showing her private parts on her wedding day. Move the wrong way and the brides private parts are all out there in the open. A bride doesn't want to have to worry about moving about showing everything. It's their wedding day. It's supposed to be all about them and them having the most wonderful day of their lives. With these dresses , the one with the high slit and see-through ones are exactly the area's that draws the attention . And takes the attention away from the bride herself . ( It's supposed to be all about HER and HER looking beautiful. ) Not about people looking at her private area's of her body and not her face and her beauty. The dress is supposed to give her the attention not her private parts. These dresses take that away from the bride herself. Because we all know were the men's eyes are going to be looking. Please get real here we all know it's the truth. I'm actually sitting here with two men and that's exactly what they were looking at and talking about. My point exactly. With them laughing about the bride showing off what they have to everyone. And when the one with the slit turned to walk back. They saw actually what would be seen on the bride , her private parts. Saying oh yeah, that's what they would like to see a bride wearing on her wedding day. No , it's just totally ridiculous and wrong. Fix that and they be perfect. Otherwise they're are gorgeous except for these area's. It's not about you designers and what ridiculousness you can come up with in design in wedding dresses !! It's about the brides themselves !!!! No disrespect intended here. Just stating facts.

I'm sorry. But, just because an outfit is white, it doesn't make it a wedding dress. These dresses are GORGEOUS, but several of them look more appropriate for a red carpet/fancy party event...
Who dressed these models? Terrible presentations!! Under hoops showing through, to short, etc.
The makeup artist messed up! The weird shiny spots on the foreheads really detracted and distracted from the magnificent dresses.
Do all brides have to appear as sex objects? White is supposed to be denoting purity, not tart.
These women do not do much for,the gowns that are beautiful….and there are only a selection of gowns that a true happy bride would wear!!! These women are portrayed very harsh!!!

Overall i didnt care for this collection. Some of the dresses i found pretty but nothing memorable. Like 1:30 and 8:30, over all i liked. The second one there was a pretty dress but a very bad hoop and its a design we have all seen before it just looks like a really bedazzled verison of a 80s wedding gown. And then the dresses that were unique had odd details like the 1st couple dresses with the stark white around the breast area. Another 7:30 where the sleeves were a totally different color from the dress like a champagne color...or like the front chest piece on 6:39 looked dirty.
This is just my opinion but i wasnt that impressed. Maybe thats cause the hoops ruined a lot of the dresses...but in totality all the dresses felt choppy like either the fabric or crystals were after thoughts depending on the dress. 2:50 was a great example of the awkwardness of this collection, the bad planning and lack of attention to detail. Each dress encompassed this just some more than others.

A smile on a brides face shows happiness these girls are wearing beautiful dresses but most of them look angry and moody. Come on have a fashion show with meaning.
A smile or just a pleasant face would have gone a looong way with this collection! They just look angry... Idk if the dark eye makeup and non existent eyebrows played into it but it was distracting. Sad that designers still don't understand their clothes are what we are supposed to live our lives in. Yes the dress is beautiful but add a smile and your selling more than just the dress but the idea of happiness!
I agree with carole...the hoops were too short and detracted from the gowns.
I must say that the veils were lovely, however many of the dresses looked as if they were in a drag show , I think there was only one that you could say looked like a wedding dress

I’m not convinced about this collection.. it just seems like the same stuff everyone else is doing…. Come on they’re wedding dresses, maybe trying for originality instead of talking pieces from every other designer….Also lets deal with the hoops…. They would be better without the hoops…. Less is more

@@oldageisdumb basically, the models are walking hangers. That is their job description. They keep very neutral faces and will have their hair and makeup all done alike so that the attention is on the clothing, not them. In doing fashion shows, it’s considered unprofessional to take any attention from the garment.
People think modeling is gorgeous clothes, champagne parties, and being told how beautiful you are. In reality, it’s horrible. When I found out my niece was doing modeling, I was extremely concerned for her because it’s a disgusting industry. I was so relieved when she quit.
@@leiaclark8388 That’s not a neutral face, though. That’s a very unhappy face. Neutral would be void of expression but with a very slight smile. That would be common sense to set the tone, not unlike how movies will often set clocks with the hands at 10 and 2 to subliminally set a happy tone with viewers. To have the models almost grimacing is not what you want to portray. They are all doing it so I’m sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing but the industry is really missing the sales mark if that’s on purpose. They need to bring in some marketing professionals not just fashion.
Seeing someone smile invokes a happy response in return. Makes you feel good. Why would you want to project a feeling of glum. It’s very demeaning
Prediction: Within 5 years, couture bridal will be a thong and veil, both of course transparent. ((Bouquet optional))

Ok, again I'm confused. Did we all choose to become inhuman in the .modeling industry? Not every woman is all waisted, no boobs and I know for certain most women do not walk swinging their hips or bouncing like these are doing. Unless we've all become like store front wax figures your not going to see many women that Are able to wear such as these.
And models, since when did it become out of fashion to smile and enjoy the job you have?
