Two-A-Days at Fargo South High School

In 2008, for the second straight year, a special photog nat pack I did going behind the scenes of the grueling two-a-day football practices in high school. A documentary style nat pack look at two-a-days at Fargo South High School told through the players, coaches, and the sounds of the game. The Bruins entered 2008 as the two-time defending North Dakota Class AAA State Champions.

@Amoore535 for us freshmans its from 7:00 - 11:00 with some time in the.classroom to learn plays. All in the texas degree heat. jv and varsity has it worse. #.

@Amoore535 geez that stinks. we go from 6-8 then 10-12. but i think thats mainly for texas heat, we'd be dead if we practiced harder in 105 degrees everyday. although that 6 AM practice is niiiiccceeee.

Wtf...i see all the comments about how long their 2 a day is and man u guys are lucky.... Ours is from 6am to 5 pm, 3 hr practice, 2 hr break (stay in skool) and another 3 hours....5 days a week for 2 weeks :( thank god tomorrow is my last practice full pads :) (if we lose the playoff game )

My two a days goes from 7:30 to 10:30 (1 hour break) 11:30 to 1:30

@Sigmarian Lol rowing is easy as hell. It's only on thing your doing. ROWING. Try playing football. You wouldnt make it through the summer conditioning program where i play.
