When I insta bought the early access and reached this boss and heard the song I thought it was perfect that when you defeat each siren the instrument stop being played. But this cover is marvelous, is impressive.

same, such a good touch. I also was not expecting this fire of a boss track tbh. Coral crown is an absolute bop, one of those songs that catches you so off guard on a first time run that you can't even fight them properly lol. Hit like sonic frontiers titan tracks but not quite as hard i guess.

I'm usually fighting with a tiny sliver of health against Scylla and/or frantically dodging a million frickin' things, so I couldn't really appreciate this awesome song! Thanks, man!
Try focusing the drummer down first, since the attack patterns of Scylla and her guitarist are much more readable without her big flashy damage circles covering the arena. Plus, while her AoEs are good for running interference for the other two, they aren't really good for self-defense. Combining that with her immobile nature makes her fairly easy pickings.
Additionally, don't forget that they clump together when you focus on the drummer. AOE is the strongest weapon in Hades 2, so every chance you can use it against bosses is a blessing from gods (ba dum tss).
You'll get better, and then you'll be surprised how easy the boss becomes.

@@gasterblaster9817 I honestly focus the guitarist first unless the drummer becomes the featured artist. I find the drummers default aoes to be pretty simple now that i'm used to it, but the guitarist can hit you with bs off screen dashes depending on where she's at. And if the guitarist becomes featured, those double expanding rings from her dashes can be incredibly annoying while dealing with all the other boss attacks.
Actually i might be misremembering the dashes being off screen, i can't remember how big that arena is off the top of my head. But either way i still find the guitarist dashes more annoying than the drummers aoe (just time your dash to weave between them and its not too bad)
@@timklafke4712 I find that while the drummer's AOEs are easy to doge on their own, they make dodging the other's attacks more difficult, so it is usually easier to focus her down first.
Man, imagine being a sailor, going by some rocks with THIS siren perched on top of one singing to you... I know I'd be overboard in a heartbeat.

So, 1: I absolutely love the song. It makes me so happy. I downloaded it so I can hear in the times when my internet is spotty, Frankly, I view this as the proper song. But 2: I have that guitar. The Black Hello Kitty Guitar... I have it, but I need to learn the strings, but it makes me so absolutely happy to see it being used. It gives me hope that I can learn the strings. I hope that one day I can play this song on my own.
