Love the halftones! I've always been a bit intimidated of wet on wet, I usually will do a 20 second flash dry in between colors. You make it look easy!
A quick flash is nothing to be embarrassed of! If you want to give wet on wet a try, start with standard 230 or 305 mesh and pick a harder squeegee like a 70/90/70 and print! have fun and make mistakes, learn from it and go make new mistakes. Its how we learn :)
@@colinhuggins6164 Thank you!
i know Im kind of off topic but do anyone know of a good website to stream new series online?
yea, I have been using flixportal for since april myself :D
The cleanest printshop I ever seen in my life. lol. Thank you for this BTW
Thanks! We do a lot of stuff in this space, but not really a functioning - day to day shop, more of a creative space for videos and learning. LOL Glad the video was helpful. Happy printing!
Thanks for the video!!!, I had not really thought about printing wet on yet to be color blends, for works on paper and in lithogrogray I would just do a split fountain or a rainbow roll, but that doent really work for printing shirts (since its only one direction). I’m really gald youi showed this! Gave me some inspriation.
Tank you!
Hey@Colin, you're awesome, Thanks for all the great education videos. You did mention how to determine the size of the artwork and the t-shirt. I have searched through your previous videos and I couldn't find anything on it. Can you please provide the link to the video?
We actually don't have a video on how to size a design to your garment. A lot of design sizes are an emotional response to what looks right for THAT design. With that said, the majority of the designs I have printed over the years tend to average about 10" wide.
@ryonet can you do PMS colors with FN-INK
Not Yet ;)

The ink you are using water Base?
Hi Graphic Art! I am using the FN inks. They are plastisol.
@@colinhuggins6164 does it also work for water base ink?
@@colinhuggins6164 thank you very much 👍
@@nunusaboy3729 It will yes. Water base ink opacity is lower than that of plastisol however - even the HSA type inks. So play with the ink and see how it works for you!
