i agree. i think nowadays every hobby has a stigma and people try to encourage too much. tbh anime is probably more enjoyable than watching shit from hollywood.
I honestly think that is possible to outgrow anime. Let me explain, older anime watchers had their favorite anime and most probably it already ended and for them it’s maybe hard to get into new anime because of all the things that changed though the years. I am only 15 but lately i’ve lost the desire to watch much anime
I agree, I mean there are some anime fans who would go into anime to watch one piece and only one piece. So when that ends they might not want to explore other anime options! But anime is a very open media where one day you'll lose interest but leave it long enough and something will come round and might make you want to jump down the rabbit hole of anime again haha!
@@lovemaine I mean I agree with statement. I know people who will just watch like dragon ball and mainly it but then again I've also met a diverse number of fans. Anime is kinda like reading comic books you can read or watch it at your own pause.

@@lovemaine I mean that's the thing right you can only put in a series as much as you can. Honestly the way I see the stigma is like looking at video games or comics. They're all forms of entertainment regardless of how they are looked at but I think we shouldnt put ourselves down because society says so. Everyone has a passion and a hobby in life and anime is one of those things. I've met lots of anime fans from every walks of life. This example doesnt really involve anime but it does relate to this topic. My great pipi loved flintstones. He would watch it religiously not even kidding he would. The man was 87. He watched that show all the way till he passed so to me if a man like him with full of energy and stubbornness can watch something that is animated and enjoy it for what it is. Then anime is that for us.
