Goes without saying that the 2nd video in the small series is fantastic. Wish there was more time talking about the blood, sweat, and tears that go into this sort of work. This is really great but on the other hand it makes me so frustrated and sad when our fellow hobbyist complain about captive bred or raised marine fish. They don't hear what you just shared on the number of hours it takes them watching broodstock. Then the follow up number of hours raising fry with the various foods which they also have to grow out. So much effort from egg to fry to special foods they have to grow, and then transition to dry/pellet. And we didn't even get into the grow out tanks, manual separation in some cases, aggression management, and care anywhere from 6, to 8, to maybe 12 months.
Wow. Everyone should be supporting ORA, Biota, and Bali. Thank you again for taking the time out to share this. This is the information we need to get out to other hobbyists because it is our future. We have to show why the cost is what it is and embrace it. Have a great day.

Why do people complain about captive bred? What’s to complain about?

Thank you so much for sharing that facility. Considering Corals are banned here in India, it's amazing to see such facilities. Any chance that you can share who makes that sealing machine? Actually we are exporters of Freshwater fish from India. That looks like a great way to pack fish individually.

This is the most interesting video I have ever seen! I have got to become more involved and more knowledgeable about this type of oceanic conservation. Endless amounts of possibilities and also endlessly difficult! 💪🏼 Where can I drop off an application? 🤣

So when is ORA going to start their line of Copperband Butterfly?
That's only a half-joke, given it's now been shown possible by a Florida researcher. As it's a species I hope is transitioned to aquaculture, due to the notorious amount of loss and the high demand of the fish in the hobby.
But, this was a very cool video. Thank you for showing us both the Coral and Fish farms. It was very interesting.

It would be important for me to know which system they are using, which salt at what salinity, which temperature, and things like that. It would also be good to know how they handle water changes-how often, how much, and how they manage it with the babies.

How about saying how ORA encourages fish to “breed” vs “HAVING SEX” - that’s just weird
