Wonky Wonka Experience: New Documentary on the Disaster Glasgow Event

- The organisers of a disastrous Willy Wonka-style experience have been forced to apologise again as families say they have still not received refunds and actors their fees.
The debacle has now been made into a documentary for Channel 5, which will go out on Saturday night. We speak to Oompa Loompa actors Kirsty Paterson and Jenny Fogarty as well as the man himself, Wonka, who was played by Michael Sky.

I think it would have been better as a dimly lit tunnel experience. I’m not going to blag that I would have done better without doing anything like this; but this was a whole company.

We'll for the actors, bad nor good publisity is stilo publisity, they needed it to break even from that humiliating event. Why not turn the disaster to somethin good.

Oh boy cringe
The only people I feel sorry for are the kids and parents who got ripped off. Kinda patronising attitude they have to the people who actually got conned.
The actors were conned just as much. They had no idea how awful the event was going to be until it started, and even then, they tried their best to make it as enjoyable for the families as they could, and some didn’t even get paid. At least now they’re making something positive out of the whole thing.
