I’m also mostly home bound lately, living vicariously through watching these videos. But my husband just came home after being out of state for a month and said he wants to take the van trash picking! ❤ If I don’t have to drive, I will last a lot longer. I’m excited.
I can't walk far and only go out when accompanied. I so enjoy the trips with Taco, Cast Iron Kev and Renee. There's always something worth watching, bless them.

I have been trash picking since I was a child. My best haul was a Honda 50 motorbike with the key in the ignition. I was 14. It was leaning against a dumpster at student apartments near the college campus during finals week. My most valuable finds have been textbooks. I list them as soon as I get home and they sell immediately.

The UK have had very hot weather for weeks, only for it to start raining on 22nd May, it's a holiday weekend from Friday to Monday and the children are off school holidays for a week from 27th.
I have lots of different vegetables and sunflowers growing. I cut plastic bottles in half and put over them until bigger to stop the animals from eating them.
Anything you put out ...I'll watch...love them all...I don't go much anymore...i have an older sister that lives with me...she is a hospice patient...I have no regrets doing this...but I'm here 24/7. I love to ride with youand looking around and the conversation helps me too...til next time...🥰🥰

An RV from the 90's is highly unlikely to be worth over $10K especially if it has any visible damage and I am willing to wager that even if it didn't have the damage you mentioned, it is going to have other issues. RV's are money pits and almost always will have water problems or electrical problems. I have owned several over the years and will never own another one. I recommend watching some of the RV videos on Lehtos Law here on UA-cam and you will see why I advise against having one.
No wonder they are encouraging poor seniors to live in them. Encouraged, certainly isn't the right word. It's a serious situation. Thanks for the heads up.
@@edie4321 they often have rotted wood in the walls and roof as well as a lot of black mold in those areas and the floors. Plus the structure of them is extremely flimsy and most are built using 2x2 wooden structures... your garden sheds are built stronger. Also if you buy a brand new one, good luck with the warranty which is basically non existent.

1996 17K wow, that must be some RV!! Having said that, I would absolutely love a truck, although I do love my x5 scrap wagon, but when I upscale I'm going to have to sort something for bigger loads. It's nice to have vehicle dreams lol! I love watching the units or street scrapping etc, neither of which I can do here. Nice variety of stuff today👍
You may or may not be a member of Costco, but they have some great flats. I even take two flats and put them together to make a box for shipping on eBay. Got to do what you Gotta do.
Many, many, of us need those RV's to live in. I would have purchased it for that. I can no longer afford my rent. First, I have to figure out where I can keep it. I hope humans with property will start helping by offering such. There are way too many disabled and seniors living in their cars. Thanks for telling me where to look. Everything is so high tech these days.
Please beware of laws cropping up in many states that allow RV parks to not allow RV'S that are older. Here, it has to be 8 years old or less. This has happened because people with older RVS have abandoned them when they start leaking & become unlivable. The park owners are stuck with them & it costs thousands to dispose of them. I couldn't believe it until I tried to help someone find space for their older RV. Some parks will allow them upon in person inspection. Space rent is very high, often $800 plus. It's a dire situation & a heartbreaking one. I see older & even some newer RVS for free, but you can't find a place that will allow them. Older RVS almost always have problems with leaks, bad floors, electrical, & just age related issues. They're not made to live in daily. I'm not talking about camp grounds & short stays, but permanent spaces in RV parks. Good luck everyone.
The new rv's are really junk, we have a 1998 and it's in great shape but people above us has a new that they got in covid and it's junk. They told us that!
Company’s really don’t like honest reviews they want praise to keep sales, so they give you the product for free and a gift card. I try to go the honest route even if it isn’t better for the wallet

Please don't ruin the neon signs more than what they are. I was yelling at you. Take them to the different flea markets- there are people that repair & reuse them. My lady friends' husband has done this, as well as make new neon signs. Good luck at your flea market. Enjoy your videos.

The problem with older RVs is getting the parts for it
But the newer you get, they'll always need replacing. I don't trust much being sold new these days. Not since the eighties.

RVs, vehicles and trailers only depreciate with age. After a time you can't even insure them.
