As a kid I had two dogs but when I lived on my own I ended up with a baby stray cat. After seeing vids like these I was inspired to raise him and teach him some stuff. He knows his name. He knew other cats names too. He know's "play, sit, jump, high-five, hello, bye, outside, and hush" I think that's pretty good.
I love the fact that Robert is a proffesional animal trainer and behaviorist who doesn't hurt Didga and Boomer. He doesn't force them to learn the tricks, but urges them to. And Didga and Boomer actually enjoy his company and learning tricks with him.❤😍👍🏻😍❤
That's what training is supposed to be like! Positive reinforcement is the key to a trained but very happy animal. It gives them a fulfilling purpose believe it or not, just like dogs and horses. This guy's good
well, they can very easily memorize phrases and tones and apply their own meanings to it. But I wouldn't say there is enough evidence for them actually understanding a language. If you say 'put your butt on the floor' instead of 'sit' for the first time, they likely will not sit.
