Tenerife 🇪🇸 in February | Paella Negra (Arroz Negre) Black Rice | Puerto De La Cruz

Puerto de la Cruz is located in the north of Tenerife and is one of the top destinations in the Canary Islands. This resort has been popular with tourists for several decades. To date, it remains the favourite holiday destination. It is found in the beautiful region of the Orotava Valley, with a lush green landscape and tropical fruit plantations.
The Old Town is incredible, full of character with a distinct Canarian feel. The area around the old fishing port is full of narrow cobbled streets lined with traditional colonial-style bars and cafés. The quaint harbour is also a lovely place to visit. If you love shopping, there is a selection of high-end boutiques. The charming plazas will keep you in a relaxed state of mind.
In this video, we walked around this beautiful town in search of Paella Negra (Arroz Negre). Arròs Negre is a Valencian and Catalan dish made with cuttlefish and rice, somewhat similar to seafood paella.

We are very familiar with this resort we stayed here in 2018 and also had a meal at this restaurant, albeit, seated inside, lovely memories though.
