- We went on a 14-day cruise onboard Queen Elizabeth. You will see in the video the beautiful art deco features. A cruise on the Queen Elizabeth will bring you back to classic cruising experience. The ship was christened by Her Majesty the Queen around 2010.
Passengers will enjoy daily British style afternoon tea, a game of croquet, Royal Nights Themed Ball and nightly shows in the Royal Court Theatre. The Queen Elizabeth has lots of modern facilities including whirlpools, karaoke and a computer centre within the library. You can also dance the night away at the Yacht Club. You can enjoy varied entertainment at the Commodore Club and Garden Lounge. The Golden Lion is a great pub serving traditional pub food with daily entertainment.
Food is plentiful, you can have free room service (other cruise lines charge for this) if you wish - breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. The Lido is a buffet restaurant and Britannia restaurant for a more formal dining experience.
