Sorry for the long comment but I just took the NCLEX and passed so I hope this helps a little. I'm here to tell you, honestly, when it shuts off at 75 questions you are NOT celebrating. Your first thought is, "WAIT! I'M NOT DONE"..."I CAN STILL ANSWER MORE"...haha...seriously! Then your next thought is, "Shit! it only took them 75 questions to figure out I am NOT ready to be a nurse". My point is this. There is NO indication as to whether you passed or failed when your done with the exam. Whether it shuts off at 75 or you end up answering all 145 questions, you will NOT feel good when you walk out of that testing center. I'm not trying to scare anyone I'm just being honest. I have NO idea how I passed. I felt like I guessed on half of them and the other half were all SATA. I didn't pay for any "review course". I just did a lot of practice questions. I figured , 'if I don't know it by now, a review course is not gonna "magically get me there". Whatever you do, mentally prepare yourself to take all 145 questions and just keep taking one question at a time. The 2 pieces of advice I can give you is this: 1: Manage your anxiety. When I started getting SATA questions back to back my anxiety level skyrocketed. I actually had to talk myself down. So however you do it, whatever technique you use, manager your anxiety. You can actually take as many breaks as you want as long as it's not 'excessive'. I took 4 breaks (2 scheduled and 2 unscheduled)...that's not considered excessive. 2: Master your test taking skills. I promise you, test taking skills will go a LONG way on this exam. For example, learn how to answer "best vs. first" questions, "priority" questions, "Sesame Street rule" and "how to guess". Mark Klimek is really good at teaching these techniques. But trust me, no NCLEX review, I don't care who it is, is not gonna magically prepare you for this exam. Your mindset and your test taking skills will make the biggest difference. Be confident, stay calm and think through each question. There's MORE than enough time to do so. Good luck and remember, DON'T GIVE UP!!
I FINALLY PASSED MY NCLEX ON MY THIRD ATTEMPT(#THIRDTIMESACHARM).IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE NCLEX,THE END MATTERS. NEVER GIVE UP JUST BECAUSE YOU'VE FAILED MORETHAN YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAR----ALWAYS SAY,LET ME GIVE ANOTHER TRY AND GRAB ANY OPPORTUNITY THAT COMES YOUR WAY. I WISH Y'ALL LUCK AS YOU'RE PREPARING TO PASS THIS TIME. I CAN ASSIST ANYONE IF NEED ARISES..

Thank you for all the tips. I’ve scheduled my NCLEX at the end of this month. I am studying my butt off right now. It is kinda stressful tbh. I agree with you. Those who got 70-80% on UWorld and ended up failing the NCLEX is because they got over confidence and slacked behind on their studying. Can you please share your quizlet?
Was there a specific quizlet set you studied? I just did a search and there are so many to choose from but I trust your opinion. Thanks in advance & congratulations. I'm ready to pass in two weeks :)

First of all, thank you for the video. I am a recently graduated practical nursing student. I’m gonna take my NCLEX in October (and then I hope to move on to RN bridge program). Anyway, I do 20-30 question quizzes on Uworld and average 60’s-70’s, but get an occasional 50 something. I know you said you averaged in the 50’s, but I wanted to know is the real NCLEX harder or easier than Uworld questions? I feel like the answer selections on Uworld are sometimes so specific that they are tricky sometimes. I feel like I know the “gist” of everything, but often get Uworld questions wrong because of all the details they put into their answer choices which can make them consuming. Thoughts?

I figured , 'if I don't know it by now, a review course is not gonna "magically get me there". Whatever you do, mentally prepare yourself to take all 145 questions and just keep taking one question at a time.
The 2 pieces of advice I can give you is this:
1: Manage your anxiety.
This was helpful! Thank you so much! Needed to hear this!!!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Great content! Can you share your Quizlet notes
Thoughts?
What was your experience now that you have taken it? Was it easier or harder than Uworld?
@@OO-be3jz I think NCLEX was easier. I passed in 75 questions and had tons of SATA
