We in Russia call this "pastila" пастила.And I do it with honey in dehydrator so the temperature should not be higher than 60 degrees to dry this product healthy way. Pumpkin with Apple pastila is very delicious as one of zucchini and banana. Try and you'll love them too. Pumpkin and apples should be baked but zucchini and banana must be raw.

Looks the exact same as a persian snack my mother would always make buy! But our local persian store stopped selling them, so I'm so glad I found this recipe! I always loved the taste because it was made of fresh fruit just like these, we also have a lot of frozen fruit that we aren't using so I'm gonna do this~

here's a tip - after it's finished in the over or hydrator - roll it in a big sheet of parchment paper and then cut off sections - eliminates all that cutting at 6:09

+ NutritionRefined - 👍I totally understand what you mean. Certainly follow your gut feeling and do what you feel is best. I’ve seen some people creatively only show glimpses of their children (hands, back of head, side profile, camera on object with child’s voice on video, eating, sharing in cooking and recipes, playing etc). This YTuber had a kid in foster care that she was in the process of adopting and she wanted to include him in activities with the other kid but didn’t want to show his face until the adoption was complete. It was really cute and he felt included. I respect your decision. Your videos are awesome all tune in for you and the food. 😋 I appreciate all of the effort and work you put into posting quality content. 🤗💞🤗

(4:34) She said to dehydrate it at around 115°f, or dry in the oven on the lowest possible setting.
You use as much or as little as you want. You're just looking to have a smooth consistency to pour with.
