- In today’s video I share what are few things that have helped me transitioning to a healthier diet. I am very often asked how did I transition to my current eating habits, and most specifically, how did I raise Mika with such good eating habits. Food plays huge part in my life and I have been swinging through the years between various diets and struggled with lots of pain and problems due to poor diet.
I am absolutely not perfect, I am swinging between heathy diet and by diet I mean lifestyle and times when I am binging.

Thanks Didi for sharing your knowledge with us! Always look forward to your videos. What helped me transition to a healthier diet was thinking of my body as a precious bank account that has a daily deposit limit. So with food choices I make do I want to deposit healthy food choices that contribute to my health or junk food which doesn't and also causes weight gain. Also, since becoming a Mom my biggest motivation is being there for my kids when they grow up and not relying on their and/or hospital care because of the poor food choices I made, since we know the powerful effect diet has on us.
Thank you so much for sharing this, Anna! It is such a great idea to look into this as a precious bank account where you 'deposit'. For me too, becoming a mother, changed how I view my health and wellbeing, more so as we role model 24/7.
