The issue is not related to the controller. The problem is apparently inherent to all Samsung fridges. Remove the harness and remove the jacket on the wires and find the broken or damaged wire. The clamp they install on the wires breaks the wires in half from frequent closing and opening of the flexzone drawer. I fixed mine today and it was an easy fix.
