I am really disgusted with the way courts are being runned. They are doing whatever they want because they can do anything but no one can do anything otherwise contempt charges will be slapped. This has been happening for years. Although I don't like Hemant Soren as CM but i pity the way law was applied in his case.
Moreover the kind of ruling they give nowadays is really audacious and language they used during Ramdev and Nupur Sharma hearing.
Judges must understand that they are serving people of Bharat. Bharatia are not the slaves of the judges.
We respect them, and that does not mean we accept any wrong doings.
Abhijit you are extraordinary, very creative every time i watch you on screen. And intelligent, not scared to tell truth. See this admiration is not from young one but old lady.

Aisa nahi huwa tou yeh kal loktantr ke liye khatra hai... Kal ko yeh PM ko bhi select kar sakte hai.... In judges ko in k boundary dikhana zaroori hai... In ko yeh bhi samjhana padega ki yeh log bhi aam public hai.... Khud ko khuda na samajhe

Today I am convinced that Abhijit’s practical satire is not as sallow as I used to think before, in the contrary it is really profound.
As a northeasterner, its nice to know that Abhi is more bong than mallu. Still, if he digs deeper, he will see that there is much in common between Sankaria culture of Assam and the Hindu culture of Kerala and South India in general. BTW, Kejriwal was deliberately kept out of NAC for a purpose even though he was very close to the coterie and the Italians. He was awarded the Magsaysay Award for being able to remain posted in Delhi along with his wife (also a revenue officer) for 20 years, breaking all records of Indian civil service. Breaking anything Indian qualifies one for the award.

Abhijit sir, it was refreshing to see you portraying madame pagalika. Well regarding our judiciary system as rightly mentioned by you of being high handed and snobbish is still a british legacy maintained in our country. There are several instances where the courts specially the Supreme Court have passed verdicts or given relief to certain thought process which has definitely created doubts in the minds of the masses. The question is how this legacy of lords and lordship going to end? The present government atleast tried to bring about the systemic change but failed. So how and when the law or judicial system be made accountable?

If the govt acts to clean up the judiciary, should build public opinion for 3-6 months by public statements and public debates before doing it.

The discussion on Courts' inconsistency is long overdue and i appreciate you brought this up. Please don't stop with just this episode.
I may add here that the inconsistency of the Courts is also a contributory factor in the cases pendency and increasing litigation because whoever has lost out at the lower Court level is tempted to appeal or even go under Art. 226 BECAUSE the Courts are inconsistent and there is always a chance , not necessarily because of some error in the lower Court order, but because the Judge in the higher forum may be inclined to take some other view, many times some other view entirely - and overturn the lower court order.
