The price is outrageous. And they need to stop with that dollars rubbish when our currency is cedis. Clearly this is not meant for the average citizens of Ghana to be able to afford, only foreigners. I toured a Million dollar home at Airport City area (a family friend lives there). The house I live in here in the US doesn’t even come close to that so why would I waste a milli on a Gh home

As a person who works in real estate in restoring homes and rental properties it is a bit over priced in US dollars although a lovely home. I thumbs up because it's lovely but wayyy to expensive.

@@kitchenskills5427 we do. Usually from April - July and a shorter one in September. But with global warming and changing patterns those seasons are not guaranteed anymore. It has only rained about 5 times since mid-February strangely. During the rainy season you have to make sure you have the clothesline in a covered area if you live alone and have to go out during the day. Otherwise most people have house helps in their home so when rain threatens, they just take the clothes off the line; or, you look at the weather (or consult the weather forecast) and wash your clothes on days when it's clear that it isn't going to rain.

I need space.i do not want to regret later. Tiny space in a bathroom is NO GO area. Kitchen space and dining hall with space for 8-10 people.A complete house and main one upstairs. @@Doksimon Cannot tell now. No noise area but not isolated. 3 bedroom. Fully furnished with modern furnitures (not second hand) with taste for flair. Garage for an SUV and another car. Spacious compound and gated watched security. Important is my peace of mind without fear of burglary. Thanks
