    Doesn't waste any dribbles, just puts his head down and goes straight to work taking what the defense gives him, plus he's a disruptive defender and he is EXTREMELY clutch man, why he's my favorite player... Jimmy G. Buckets the "G" stands for GETS!!!

    Great body balance in air. Uses his body strength so well and so often while driving. His obvious work ethic and his challenging but unique personality makes him a good leader. I'm happy for guys like bam,herro and robinson because they get to grow with jimmy G buckets. One of my fav players

      @@ytalorafael9710 Better in what way? PG might be the more explosive scorer but Jimmy got him beat in leadership, 4th quarter closing, defense, overall impact, etc

      @@ytalorafael9710 jimmy just doesn’t over exert himself he realizes how to play within himself especially on this heat team that’s loaded with different weapons. Ur only saying this because pg puts up gaudy counting stats in the regular season but jimmy is still more impactful.

      @@Hassan-ph9nk in all accounts PG should be better he’s a better shooter, he’s more athletic then Butler he’s longer and more versatile but jimmy butler has that dawg and is more clutch

      I don’t blame anyone who thought PG was that dude. Because of his repertoire he was marketed better. I would want to believe that he has just been underachieving this year. Jimmy is that guy who knows what he has to do to get things done. Id still respect PG’s strength to stretch the floor. -Bulls fan

    It's a shame Butler never worked out with Kobe during the offseason before he passed. Kobe would have loved his mentality and improved him even more.

    He's actually very strong at his position, with a quick first step and very good touch at finishing basket, it's a nightmare to guard him in the post.

  • @itsyeaboi5333
    @itsyeaboi5333 3 роки тому +4

    its crazy how he used to miss wide open layups in his first three years. dude shyed away from dribbling the ball. even from when he was the mip, he played more of a perimeter game with lots of midrange jumpers. its understated how much he improves every year. hes always been at the top of offensive box plus minus year in year out but people always look to the flashy players first before giving butler any looks. all this while maintaining being an all defensive player; jimmy is the definition of your monster versatile captain.

      When teams stop his drives he just does a reverse pivot shirt jumper or layup in the lane. If teams sag off of him he can shoot that short jumper off the glass. Jimmy might shoot far long 2s once in a while but of his shots are in the paint even those short jumpers that are considered midrange shots are in the paint

    But..but.. I thought the mid range is a low percentage/bad shot according to these nerd analysts LOL.
    People forget that the deadliest scorers (MJ, Kobe, Hakeem, Malone, Hardaway, G.Hill, Kawhi, Durant etc etc) all have a great mid range and post up game.
