Balaram is not Vishnu it is vasuki 's avatar just like lakshman...
Balaram is Lord Shesha's (Sheshnag) Avatar. The serpent coiled behind Lord VIshnu. Shesha means residual (of Lord Vishnu), but still that residual has also the name of Lord Ananta(Infinite), so technically balaram and lakshman are also "anshavatars" of Lord Vishnu and Vasuki which is adorned by Lord Shiva as his garland has nothing to do with these avatars.
Everyone should be like Shiva not any other God... Shiva is the only truth... Read vedas, Upanishads and samhitas correctly.. Try to understand Egyptian mythology once. Lord Shiva was called lord Atum in Egypt who is the supreme Father and mother of everything.
