If the lake is part of a river or stream and you can access it without trespassing, then the residents have no recourse as long as you stay within the public access next to the water.
Alvin Wine he still has to access the water through appropriate avenues. Meaning he can’t necessarily walk through somebodies driveway around the side of their house out through their back yard and down to the water. Just because he has somebody that there.
I live on a lake/pond just like this and there is a 4 foot easement from the waters edge that is public property. You don’t have to live on the actual lake just the neighborhood to access the water.
I love to fish but have enough Sense not to fish on someone’s property. I wouldn’t care if he was on the other side where there was no houses. But you let people walk freely on your land strangers allow that opportunity for bad stuff to happen. Some of these people are assholes but in this case this guy was wrong. If I caught him on my property and he threaten me with that camera and would not go he may never be able to again.
So is that 2 foot thing an actual thing in your area cause I'm curious in that applies to the neighbor pond property law in my area they always give hell for fishing
Maybe the homeowners dont own the 2 foot strip around the pond, but aren’t you trespassing in order to get to that 2 foot strip? Unless i missed the part where you’re air dropped in.
It's called an easement access no homeowner owns I know because I'm a native Floridian not a Yankee transplant I'm familiar with all the land and water rights here , I've fished for 51 years and I have no problems.
Onetime my family was trying to fish in a school of tuna. We only caught one and that one was mine but then a karen came and threw a net thinking it was bait and then yelled at us from her boat saying we scared of the “bait”
First, I wouldn't have the balls to walk through all these folks backyards, yanking fish out of the HOA ponds. Second, If what you say is true, 2 feet doesn't give you enough room to fish, and you encroached on that 2 feet the entire time you fished. These people worked their asses off to be able to afford these homes on a golf course with a lake in their backyard, so leave them alone, and fish public lakes like everyone else. Taking fish from these ponds, to put in your "pond" is really arrogant too. Just leave dude, your an embarrassment to real fishermen.
My ex had a licensed firearm he would keep in his tackle box because drunk people would push him, punch him. Protect yourself. I live in washington state and people don't care as long as you clean up after yourself and have a garbage bag with you.

If the lake is part of a river or stream and you can access it without trespassing, then the residents have no recourse as long as you stay within the public access next to the water.
@Originz Fishing he has family that lives there end of your argument.
Alvin Wine he still has to access the water through appropriate avenues. Meaning he can’t necessarily walk through somebodies driveway around the side of their house out through their back yard and down to the water. Just because he has somebody that there.
@charles shawver ok boomer
I live on a lake/pond just like this and there is a 4 foot easement from the waters edge that is public property. You don’t have to live on the actual lake just the neighborhood to access the water.
Do none of y'all know what trespassing is?
In most of the ponds there are opens and parts where there are no houses. Also I only go through peoples houses I have permission to go through
His gran lives in the pond, theres portable 2 foot wide strip through anyones yard, because how would he visit her? How??
Почему так? She lives in the pond?
@@MisterTwister88 obviously
It's called an easement access no homeowner owns I know because I'm a native Floridian not a Yankee transplant I'm familiar with all the land and water rights here , I've fished for 51 years and I have no problems.
I love seeing young people fishing near my house. Sometimes they even bring some friends, play some music and drink a few beers. It makes me smile.
Onetime my family was trying to fish in a school of tuna. We only caught one and that one was mine but then a karen came and threw a net thinking it was bait and then yelled at us from her boat saying we scared of the “bait”
Is that the villages fl? Good fishing in them ponds. Hard to not get caught though lol
Why dont you just fish at a public lake
Because his Grammy lives on a private lake and he can fish there
3:00 what's that in the water?
Drainage pipe
When I was growing up, we went on private property to hunt and fish too, but if we got caught, we admitted we were wrong. That motivated us to get our own private property. This is the embodiment of "entitlement".
I like how that old guy thinks he has the power over you even tho he doesn’t
i mean the dude that brought the paper out highlighted it, it said "fishing is allowed with some expections" and the first one was "you cannot fish directly behind residential property" which u were right behind his house. so even if it is a dick move you are still in the wrong
