She's the type of person who calls the cops if your kids kicked a ball onto her yard. Must be miserable living like that
Her old ass is gonna end up dying anyway. Old folks like that don't need to be here wasting air in our world.
That's what she does in the a.m hours in her front yard as all the kids walk by on their way to school. Once they disappear than she transfers to the backyard to watch the pond for her favorite fisherman and friends. Lord help you if it's after dark and you walk by, she will be camouflaged up with night vision in the bushes. If there is a mist or fog....she'll be out there.....waiting.
Good Cop. De-escalated and knew it was a simple conversation about the entry to the pond. 👍
I'm glad to see the comments reflecting the reality about "policing"
They are thugs who get paid from theft, and there is no legitimate consent for their "authority". It's all rubbish and built on fear, intimidation, and violence
That cop was so chill, he clearly fishes himself, respect to him💯
This young man should be out committing crimes, doing drugs or drinking at a gravel pit, not minding his own business or hurting anyone while fishing legally, what is this world coming to?
+Minoltalphafan I thought of that. If that was my house I would never mind a kid fishing at the pond. I rather see a teenager fish than do drugs. I dont see anything wrong with that. Besides I didnt see any signs that say no fishing..
+Minoltalphafan I see what you did there.... Exactly.... this is what Cops have to waste their time with now
disgusting ..that woman is a total disgrace and perfect example of how our Country has deteriorated.
In the old days , the lonely old Cat lady would invite you in and make iced Tea for you.. Not today...
What a sad existence that lady must lead when all she does is watch out the window for some harmless person going fishing.
Swimbait1 It’s probably meth making her paranoid. A lot of cops are finding that people making complaints like that are often meth users.
The bitch would be the type of person to falsely accuse a man of stalking
When i was younger my friend and i use to fish a creek by his house, there were an old couple and the guy looked like Willie Nelson, they always feed the ducks and use to fight with us because we were fishing. So they called the cops on us and the cops came. We had our fishing license and the cops said good luck to us and then gave the older couple a warning about feeding the ducks. A week later there were signs out stating dont feed the wildlife. Karma bit them in the ass
@DW Palme Depends on what state. I'm from Canada and this would most definitely happen in Canada. There are Federal Laws against feeding the wild life.
@DW Palme Doesn't sound too hard to believe. What is he supposed to do? Record every second of his life so he can prove everything he says on the internet? You don't have to believe him, nor do you have to call him out for it.
Rodger we can say the same about you. You dint have to agree with dw or disagree with dw ... but you I don’t have to call him out for it...
@@Djkommode I'm calling him out because he's being an ass. He made the effort of trying to discredit his story.

Man I remember a few years back when I was like 16, walking home from a party, decided to cut through this field. This lady starts flipping out, calls 911, and like literally would not let me past until the cops came. So I just chilled there, cop comes and asks me how far a walk I have left, I said like 8 miles, dude says "hop in the car I'll give ya a ride home" and she was absolutely livid it was soooo funny
the lady probably waits and watches to confront him about something new
+normal dude
Well nobody wants to hide the sausage with her anymore, she gets bored. lol
I am totally agree with u bro, I had really vr bad exp in boamanville creek, citizen was acting like I was committing a big crime and he is Superman of fish. finally the conversation ended up with 911, and he roind my Easter weekend

Thank you for being so respectful! As a mom of a young man who loves to fish, I know your parents are proud of you!!
This is an excellent example of how police and citizens should communicate with each other. Yes, the cop was nice, but so were you. Thanks for posting.
@Frank Anderson - Totally agree. The young man was respectful to the Officer, and vice versa. In the end there was a positive outcome. Kudos to both parties.
I've had a few issues with insane rich people while fishing. In Ohio we have a 10ft easement between the waterway and property. So, this old lady called the cops and I was asked for my license and asked if he could make a few casts!! He caught a nice smallmouth then went and gave the crazy lady a written warning for calling the police without a reason!
hertzer2000
Muhuhahahahaha!!!
Depending on the state you could have perhaps called the DNR and had her charged with fishing harassment.
Rich older people really don’t have anything to do with their lives do they.
I can't for the life of me figure out why some people act like they own everyone else's property
I think he does it to get her riled up...no telling why she is so aggressive over it..maybe that is crime area...he don't live there...maybe ducks come there and eat lost lures etc and die....WHO KNOWS! Let's all just judge her based on his video...LOL
I wasn't judging her I was judging all people who think everyone else's property is their business if the people's yards he was walking through were telling him to leave I'd understand
I hate when people fish in my pond. Some young boys go swimming in it this summer and I finally had enough when they laughed at me. So I crushed up a bunch of glass bottles and sprinkled it all along the beach line. The next week I saw the boys swimming, an hour later there was an ambulance there and I saw a woman crying with blood on her shirt. THE SWEET HAND OF JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED
So instead of calling the police you tried to severely injure kids that doesn't seem very mature even if they were assholes all bc they swam somewhere they shouldn't have

That was a nice, good cop. Fair and reasonable, not to mention polite and informative. Walk around, not through there. Good luck fishing!
Absolutely. I love to see a video where a cop is reasonable, wants to diffuse a situation instead of escalating it, and acts like a regular guy. Most of them are, the plethora of UA-cam videos out there to the contrary notwithstanding. Good on this kid for showing a cop who's the rule rather than the exception.
The officer sounded reluctant to even press you. Some people have nothing better to do than make issues for others. Than woman really needs a hug. She sounds miserable. Even in that small sound bite of her. I can tell she just wants conflict. Her mortgage is probably waaaay to high. Haha.

I had a guy do this to me while trying to fish a retaining pond in the neighborhood. I did the research and found out that I was in the right so I went back. Sure enough he tried me, and I didn't move, so he said he was going to call the law. I said please do, and he did. The police showed up, checked my ID, and had a chat with the complainant, which I could tell wasn't going the way he hoped it would. The cop came back and said keep doing what you're doing, and if the guy gave me any problems, to call them. Watershed ponds that are in the neighborhoods are for flood control and belong to the county.

One time I was fishing a river sitting on the bank, an older fella came out of his trailer and started shouting. I thought he was mad but turns out he was just telling me a better spot to fish at, he walked me halfway and said "over that way is were I used to fish at and I guarantee you're gonna catch something nice over there" gave me some bait and wished me luck. Nice guy.

Not sure what the law says down there, but up here in Canada here's what it says:
Fish & Wildlife Act 1997
Obstruction of hunting, trapping or fishing
13. (1) A person shall not interfere with lawful hunting, trapping or fishing by,
a) tampering with traps, nets, bait, firearms or any other thing used for hunting, trapping or fishing;
b) placing himself or herself in a position, for the purpose of interfering, that hinders or prevents hunting, trapping or fishing; or
c) engaging in an activity, for the purpose of interfering, that disturbs or is likely to disturb wildlife or fish.
Notice without authority
2) A person shall not purport to give notice that entry to premises is prohibited for the purpose of hunting or fishing or that hunting or fishing is prohibited on premises unless the person has authority to give the notice. 1997, c. 41, s. 13.
that's the thing she has authority over that premises since he's cutting through property he doesn't have permission to cut through.
she even told him how to get to the place he has permission to fish without trespassing on anyones property and the officer even told him not to do it.
also the laws in the us are similar.but most fishers and hunters seem to think they can go just where every they want and do what ever they want.when they get called out about it.they act like they are in the right when they aren't and tend to be real asses about it.
is this lady really the ass hole in this situation?she told him not to cut through her property/trespass and how to get to the spot without trespassing on anyone's property.
It is different state to state. Some states have an open water way law. Which means that all water ways are open to fishermen. You must stay within 10 foot of the water but you can fish where you want.
@@lokithejokester599 you can't shore fish a pond you have no permission to be on. However you can fly in..... just because you can fish anywhere doesn't mean you can trespass anywhere.
@@Djkommode you are right about fishing ponds. But in some states streams are free game even if on someone else's land. There is an article on Google about warren Buffett he owns a lot of property in Washington state I believe. He wanted to keep fishermen off his Landis he talked the wildlife agency to do a controlled kill in the stream to get rid of the fish that the wildlife agency stocked and replaced them with the native fish for the stream. The native fish are protected so they can not be fished. So know no one is allowed on his property to fish since the only fish in the stream are a protected species. Look up the article it is very interesting.

My son was 10 and fishing in a pond in his grandparents retirement community. I told him to just leave if anyone said anything. An old man came out and asked my son if we has cathing any fish. My son said, "not yet sir".The old man went back into his garage and came out with 2 full tackle boxes and gave them to my son. He said he was too old to fish but was happy to see a young man fishing instead of playing video games.
He spent about 15 minutes talking to my son about the best lures to use for different kinds of fish and all his tricks he had learned over the years. he said his grandkids used to come over and fish but they never come over anymore.
My son caught 3 or 4 bluegills and came home with 2 tackle boxes full of old lures, a new Rod, and a Penn saltwater reel worth about $250 .
There is no reason or excuse for old people to become mean and nasty like the woman in the video. She ought to be ashamed of herself. It makes it hard for young people to show respect for older ones when old folks act like her. Thumbs up for treating her with respect even though she didn't deserve it.

Aw, now this is a great story! I hope your son visited the old man occasionally. He was probably a little lonely - obviously by the conversation. It makes me sad how often the elderly are just discarded. They can be lonely and mean (to give her something to do) or sweet like the old man and try to make a friend!
I think he needs to kill her with kindness and bring her some cookies or something. You get more flies with honey than vinegar! If that doesn't work, well, I guess, you tried and she'll just die miserable.
