Agreed. There have been so many Asian-American/ Asian-Canadian actors who are now famous and have worked with Wong Fu in the past. I feel like Wong Fu should get a chance to make a movie or T.V. show and finally get more recognition from the public.

I just saw your movie Love Hard, I love it that we finally get cast in a leading male role in a American bi-racial romcom. That movie led me to discovering your stand up special on Amazon. Prior to that I didn't even realized you played the rich a-hole friend on Crazy Rich Asian. I'm rooting for you bro, we need more Asian representation in entertainment.
Should totally feature the drink as a special for the week after the interview. You could probably charge $20 because they are exclusive and possibly higher in costs and more work to make. If only available for a week, people get excited and hopefully people watched the video and was curious about the drink. Jimmy did a great job in the interview. That is great that he's getting varied roles.
Topo Chico is what surprised me the most about this video, here in Mexico it's like one of the most common drinks but apparently its what cool kids drink in the US? 😂
Yes. In Texas, it's also one of the most common drinks. Then lots of people from California moved here for cheaper houses and all of the sudden Topo Chico us covered and we can charge WAY more for it than before. It's weird
For real. I’m Mexican but grew up in Minnesota and my dad used topo chico as a mixer for his drinks. Then I moved to Texas and realized non-Mexicans knew about it too and now it’s super popular.

There's nothing more fucked up when someone of your own community decides to threaten you or beat you down. I remember when I was a kid my mom had a hard time at the airport from a fellow Latinx officer who was giving her a hard time for not having had switched her green card to a citizenship yet. It was so unnecessary and uncalled for.
That's because the new immigrants usually try to mooch off us diaspora. And then they get so discouraged by the hardships they have no confidence to help us back. I saw another person say the diaspora discredits the natives and that is 100% the reason.
When I think of Boba I think of Simu Liu ahah that man is in a serious relationship with his Boba.
But I love Jimmy. He's such a great storyteller

Austinites were actually super late to the topo chico game. It's a Mexican beverage, Austin didn't even start drinking it until after Coca-Cola bought it out. And then 3-4 years later, you had Austin business owners coming out saying they were never going to buy topo again because it sold. They way behind in the topo trends y'all.

And before I became a citizen, with a green card, entering the boarder, got a huge attitude with an immigration officer who has a huge accent that I can barely understand his questions ( not Asian though, but clearly an immigrant himself)

Nin jiom pei pa Kao is amazing stuff we always had it in our house growing up and i still buy it to this day. Im a first nations Canadian. Lots of those traditionl herbal Chinese medicines are really common in canada
