On the point, "Don't memorize your talk; understand it" I highly recommend the book "Preaching By Heart" by Ryan Tinetti. He uses ancient practices of rhetoric and applies them to preaching without notes today. It totally transformed my preaching!
Thank you! Preacher to the WHOLE HUMAN CONDITION ( psychology can help) beyond BIBLISIM. Jesus’ Way is ALWAYS the solution and He was REAL, no religious or worried about NUMBERS! 🤔. Thank you for this video.
Do any sermons have any impact at all? Certainly not when the audience has no access to Truer disciple-makers who teach how to obey . . . to obey each and every, clearly explained, commandment given by the Son.
many sermons have impacts, i remember still today messages that a particualar person preched 6 years ago, and yes that person walked by the bible and i had never seen that and that's what impacted me.
Thank you Carey, so helpful
Very profound! “Understanding your talk creates more impact than memorizing it.” Thank you Carey🙏🙏
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks Carey! Good stuff. The best sermon is the one that preaches from the head, heart, and carried out by an example demonstrated by a changed life.
Yes, love that!
Great job! It's always nice listening to your videos..
Glad you like them!

Good advice! You've spelt delivery wrong though....

How about your sermons?

I know you were repeating for clarity, but, man oh man, that was a lot of repeating. Too much in my opinion.
