- Happy Wednesday my loves! Summer has arrived and I am so here for it. This week's video is super cozy but also fairly eventful. I went to my morning pilates class, which I love to do to clear my mind and soul. There were some events and showrooms to attend this week, and I of course took you guys along. Good idea to give your body a bit of a break from added sugars. Im also trying to do it from time to time for gut and brain health but its not easy I must admit. Anyway! 😅
When you're done with the initial sugar reset and get back to natural/healthier sweets, maybe you'd like to try some of my quick or no-prep requiring favorites:
*Apple slices with peanut butter or tahini
*85-95% dark chocolate (quality ones are not bitter at all)
*Banana slices with tahini and maldon salt
*Pineapple cubes with curry (sounds crazy, I know!) and maldon salt
*Home-made peanut butter/date/oats power balls
*Afil/kefir with goji berries or raisins

Do as many as you are comfortable with and just enjoy your trip off camera :) you deserve some time to yourselves and family :) snacking is bad water will help or fruit is good. Healthier treats are idea I should do that too. Processors would help as well having equipment that will make, making them easier. Congrats on the new client sure they will be happy with anything you do. We have seen you both paint before you do so well practice makes perfect and yes very good videography :) put them in frames with matting will look nice well done you two. You really should put a cookbook together so we can try your recipes out :) it would be a best seller I think when you return from Spain.

Try eating honey crisp apples ! I have a huge sweet tooth and also love to snack and I found that eating honey crisp apples really helps my cravings because they are so sweet :)
