The egg seems to have damage from possible nest box fighting between male and female african grey breeder pair. Also this type parrot egg damage may come from female parrot breeders being too rough on the bird eggs as they turn them.
Sometimes the female parrot may roll them too much
She may peck the egg and crack it.
