Thank you! This is the best solution to two by two stripes.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'd spent way too much time trying other, more difficult and problematic methods, and unknitting and re-knitting, but this one works beautifully and is so simple!
Ooo thank you. I didn’t know what a jog was because I’ve always twisted my yarns on the changeover!! I’ve only learnt to knit in the round the last few years, so I probably the problem hasn’t arisen. It’s always good to learn why these things happen, so thank you for another informative video. ❤️
The twist came naturally to me too. I didn't realize until recently that not everyone does it like this. It's still kind of magical how that little twist makes the jog disappear. Happy knitting!
Hi and thanks! I knit since over 43 years and this video was one of the first which could show me how to do in reality and yhy. That's great!
A-ha moment! Thank you. Mantra over-under is finally clear for me. 😎
That Aha! moment is so satisfying. Happy knitting!
Hi there. I'm having trouble doing this technique on some socks as well as a baby vest. It's like the start of round needs to move to left one stitch with each new colour. So it ends up travelling and is very noticeable. Otherwise there's only one stitch at that point and a jog is created. Can I please ask what I'm doing wrong?
Can this be used for a tee I’m knitting? Or would it pull up the fabric where the twist occurs?
