I’m wondering if she just means other people focus on the negatives but she feels it has made them stronger instead of defeating them. As a patient care tech for 8 years and then becoming a doctor…yes, a real doctor. I see a lot of people resign themselves to the situation and unable to live life. I am sorry if I am wrong and perhaps T can correct me. And I don’t mean anything towards you of course. I’ve been through so much…autoimmune diseases, almost all of my family gone to cancer, I had cancer and am now struggling w infertility. I have let the infertility part defeat me and I love bed rotting at home now when I am not working. I need to change that. We all fight our battles. Even if you don’t know about it outwardly. My own reaction to my battle is the only thing that had me taking her comment that way. All my best to you❤And never hurts to share an opinion if it bothers you. No need to apologize for being sensitive- which I don’t think is the case here- but we are allowed to be sensitive!!! Life is hard and I am that was after 2 miscarriages.

I don’t think she meant it that way, but I also don’t think you are wrong for your feelings. Every now and then she does say some things that make me feel similar. She has been through hell, but I know other cancer patients that have responsibilities like young children and jobs that they must work full time, regardless of if they feel ill or not. She is lucky that she has no responsibilities other than a job that she can choose when and how much she works, with other sources of income. Maybe after going through cancer like she has, you naturally become a bit self obsessed, which maybe is understandable. I don’t think she means it in a bad way though.

I am a new paraplegic due to a spinal stroke at the T4-T5 area in my spine. I don't use stoma supplies, but I do use catheters and also need supplies for bowel care. Not having enough catheters would be like not having enough stoma supplies. Have a great holiday. I've followed you for years, but have never commented. Continuing to pray for your entire family.

Anyways, I started to follow your videos and learn a little about what you've been going through (I'm so sorry you have had so much to deal with💔😢). I recently watched your whole journey (that which came before I knew you) and I absolutely fell in love with you, Matt and Amma!!! I talked to God about all three of you yesterday while I was cleaning and I was thinking about you. I asked him to please keep you and your family safe. I pray a lot for Amma, I know she's been through so much in her life. She is an absolute angel!! I think Amma is my favorite person on TY!! Her cooking, the way she loves her family and takes care of you is the sweetest thing I've ever seen. You are so blessed to have her. Dear Tiffany and Tiffany Thinks family. If you read this please hold a prayer for me. I’m always sick and I’m allergic to most meds. I picked up a bad infection in the er having my life saved for anaphylactic reaction. Fast forward I went to a different hospital because I’m treated so poorly at the one I can’t get to on my own. Fast forward the second hospital sent me home with sepsis. I had no idea until I read the discharge and MediCal tests. I called and the nurse said my symptoms did not check all the boxes? I was and am so ill I’ve been having bad memory issues. I got an injection of the antibiotic I can tolerate and went back next day for another injection. The week before I took a med from the previous er and was on my safe list after the second pill I woke up with a severe reaction. I called my allergy doctor and he told me what to take that I have at home or I’d have to go back for a shot. So a week went by then I was taken to an urgent care and sent to the er now I’m on the pill form. It’s horrible and I found out I have 3 infections. How am I going to make it 10 days on this poison. I have a hard time finding drs that can treat my complicated rare diseases. When Tiffany speaks of good health that’s wealth of life for me. I watched the entire journey. And I’m so happy for you Tiffany. I not be able to take the treatment that saved your life. So everyone don’t ever take your health for granted it can change on a dime. My oncologist wants me to find alternative medicine and I’ve been looking a long time believe me and most drs don’t take insurance, if there’s a will I guess there is a way. Cheryl

As a psychiatrist…sometimes she is anxious and all over, and I truly believe this is the one time she can let go in lieu of true therapy.

My friend is in the ICU and I had to travel to see her (I live in Ohio and traveled to Boston). I packed one sweatshirt and it was the “We Got This Sweatshirt” and have worn it to the hospital everyday!
You are asking impossibles. Worrying when in sickness is a true fact. You do it all the time even more before each scan. We pray and have Faith and also worry. Is inevitable Tiffany. Hi Tiff, my beloved, went for a colonoscopy today, he went private. They took two biopsies, one from his ilium, and one from just inside the opening. He has to wait 3 weeks for the results, which he has been told will be face to face. 🤞 fingers crossed ! 👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️
Lake Garda will be much quieter this time of year , but it won’t be hot . It depends how far north on the lake you are staying as well ., the northern lake is narrow and there is a wind which blows which is quite specific to the northern shores. I recommend the lovely town of Salo and nearby Gardone Riviera .Bardolino further south in the east shore is also pretty . We thought Limone was also pretty but has tiny narrow streets with lots of expensive shops If the weather is clear the chairlift up Monte Baldo from Malcesine is worth the effort . The ferries don’t keep such a busy timetable outside the summer season so I understand the bus service is excellent .

You are so right about your health. Never take it for granted. If you deal with a illness that affect your everyday life you will definitely understand this. I don't have cancer Thank you God!! But I live in chronic pain 365 days a year do to back issues. The past 3 years I've been pretty much bed riden except for appoints and therapy. I will be going to surgery again on May 24th to hopefully get some relief. I would appreciate any prayers. As far as your fears regarding stoma and over packing. I dont think you over do it at all. Like you said you can't just walk into a store and get supplies. I know by the time this video is posted your holiday is probaby done but, I hope you had a wonderful time. He sat beside the bedside in hospitals while his wife battled for her life year after year. Sadly it killed their love. So, hold on and keep thanking God for all you have together. I always pack a week of medication for a weekend trip it's hard to get my meds at the pharmacy they give me guff if I need more so I just take extra incase I want to stay an extra day away❤ have a great time away and yes make that trip with your mom soon please my mom passed away over 26 years ago and I still miss her everyday of my life ❤. For my birthday I'm going on a vacation to our family cemetery areas in our family with my sister 💗
Where do you live (generally) that they give extra just in case?!?!?! In the eastern US that is absolutely not the case. Not 1 single extra. They don’t care. EVEN if my doctor has approved
How do you have extra to take with you if the pharmacy gives you guff about wanting extra? Can they do that when you have a prescription? Seems wrong they can go over a doctors head, plenty of people fill a script early for whoever reason and going away is one of the most common since a script might run out while you are gone.
@@traciprovins3221 I think you could get some extra if you have a prescription and paid for them out of pocket without running it through insurance. I know insurance won't cover it if it's too soon since the prior one was filled. Or maybe the OP meant that she takes a few more pills with her than she needs. I do that sometimes when I go on vacation. I don't bring the whole pill bottle. I use one of those daily pill holders and I'll bring a couple more with me in case I drop one and lose it, etc. LOL

HEALTH is WEALTH !! I am a diabetic with a lot of ortho issues as well. I used to be a person on the go. Now I envy people who can walk normally.

i had a UTI once and it spread to my kidneys 😢 ever since my left hip hurts im always worried about my kideys.

My friend is in the ICU and I had to travel to see her (I live in Ohio and traveled to Boston). I packed one sweatshirt and it was the “We Got This Sweatshirt” and have worn it to the hospital everyday!

Hi Tiff, my beloved, went for a colonoscopy today, he went private. They took two biopsies, one from his ilium, and one from just inside the opening. He has to wait 3 weeks for the results, which he has been told will be face to face. 🤞 fingers crossed ! 👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️

Lake Garda will be much quieter this time of year , but it won’t be hot .
It depends how far north on the lake you are staying as well ., the northern lake is narrow and there is a wind which blows which is quite specific to the northern shores.
I recommend the lovely town of Salo and nearby Gardone Riviera .Bardolino further south in the east shore is also pretty .
We thought Limone was also pretty but has tiny narrow streets with lots of expensive shops
If the weather is clear the chairlift up Monte Baldo from Malcesine is worth the effort .
The ferries don’t keep such a busy timetable outside the summer season so I understand the bus service is excellent .

You are so right about your health. Never take it for granted. If you deal with a illness that affect your everyday life you will definitely understand this. I don't have cancer Thank you God!! But I live in chronic pain 365 days a year do to back issues. The past 3 years I've been pretty much bed riden except for appoints and therapy. I will be going to surgery again on May 24th to hopefully get some relief. I would appreciate any prayers. As far as your fears regarding stoma and over packing. I dont think you over do it at all. Like you said you can't just walk into a store and get supplies. I know by the time this video is posted your holiday is probaby done but, I hope you had a wonderful time. God bless you and all your family. You are loved by so many people. ❤

Than you so much for praying for us, I just wanted to let you know my kidney's are stable wit no active stones. I'm taking my mom to a tea room tomorrow to celebrate Mothers' day! Books are SO much better than a Kindle. If anything, a kindle takes away from the experience. Between phones, ipads and computers, we already get more than enough screen time, don't we?
I am grateful to God to see you and Matt together now. He is a wonderful man; I doubt there are many Matt's in this world and my son is a "Matt" ! He sat beside the bedside in hospitals while his wife battled for her life year after year. Sadly it killed their love. So, hold on and keep thanking God for all you have together. Like food if it smells okay, make up once doesn't look like coagulated egg texture . It can be used within 12 month's, always test small patch fotr know allergies ❤😊
I always pack a week of medication for a weekend trip it's hard to get my meds at the pharmacy they give me guff if I need more so I just take extra incase I want to stay an extra day away❤ have a great time away and yes make that trip with your mom soon please my mom passed away over 26 years ago and I still miss her everyday of my life ❤. For my birthday I'm going on a vacation to our family cemetery areas in our family with my sister 💗
Where do you live (generally) that they give extra just in case?!?!?! In the eastern US that is absolutely not the case. Not 1 single extra. They don’t care. EVEN if my doctor has approved
How do you have extra to take with you if the pharmacy gives you guff about wanting extra? Can they do that when you have a prescription? Seems wrong they can go over a doctors head, plenty of people fill a script early for whoever reason and going away is one of the most common since a script might run out while you are gone.
@@traciprovins3221 I think you could get some extra if you have a prescription and paid for them out of pocket without running it through insurance. I know insurance won't cover it if it's too soon since the prior one was filled.
Or maybe the OP meant that she takes a few more pills with her than she needs. I do that sometimes when I go on vacation. I don't bring the whole pill bottle. I use one of those daily pill holders and I'll bring a couple more with me in case I drop one and lose it, etc. LOL
