I remember going last October before they started serving flights there. Had flew into Cozumel and took a water taxi to Playa Del Carmen and regular taxi to Tulum. I enjoyed that Million Man March Tour. Wouldn't trade that trip with no regrets. But the Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive was really worth every penny/dollar spent. The ambiance when you first check-in at hotel front is what's hitting, opened lobby overlooking the beach, amazing, never seen nothing like this no where. From the shuttle rides to the restaurants and buffet on site, all the bellguys and staffs that really allow this place to be a top-notch Resort, just reminds me of a little Vegas that never sleeps 24/7.

Unfortunately, that's all the footage I have of the beach. What you saw its basically that. I've heard they have been improving the beach. What they made is good enough but do not go expecting a big soft sand beach.

I have silver because of my Diamond Status with Hilton. They have colors depending on your status or occasion for your visit ie. Wedding, group trip, etc

I'm traveling with kids if I book mon-fri will there be enough activities during the week or is it better to get a weekend in there? Thanks for doing this video
There should definitely be enough activites during the week but they definitely kick up the amount and types of activites during the weekend but also you will have more people on the resort during the weekend which is a plus for some. If you can I would say stager that you can have the weekend and weekday vibe.
Was any area of the beach sandy? Or was it all rocky?
You have around the cove that sandy but it's not soft sand.

I think it was around 350 per night. I definitely think it's reasonable. Especially in a group since it's not per person.
How was the Wi-Fi there?? Currently WFH and want to know if I can rely on it for Teams meetings!
The Wi-Fi was great for me. I didn't run into issues with connectivity or loss of quality in video calls.

They do not have a SPA on location but you have access to the SPA at the Conrad Hotel next door.

You'll recieve the specific link when you check in. The webapp is connected to your room.

I went the first month they opened, they were still working on the property.
How did it affect your stay?
@@RolandBaker my stay was fine but other guests could hear them building, shops weren't open and here were t many activities. Did they have a trolly or train to get from the lobby to the room

The rooms start around $300 a night which inclusive of everything.
Did you have to pay extra for room service?
No you do not have to pay for room service. Room service generally runs from 7AM to 11PM.
How did you safely get from the airport to the hotel?
I actually rented a car since my first half of the trip was spent in Playa. There are plenty of public and private transportation companies that will get you there and back safely.

Yes the beach is very accessible.
